Any Portal To Travel From One Place To Another In DA:O!
For Example From Haven To Circle Tower.

This game is not open world its like mass effect or kotor, you go to an area's exit and you click on the map for where you want to go and then that area loads.

i'm pretty sure a quick travel option will be included. not positive though.

Are there portals in DA? Yes.
Can you use them? Not that we know of, though I have my suspicions that how we get into the Fade.

I dunno about portals, but travel between major hubs can only be done via a map screen that charts your progress across the countryside - so this is sort of like quick travel, except there's no option to plod through the terrain in party mode. You still have to make to the exit into the map screen, though.

Keep in mind there are random encounters while traveling between areas as well.
