I was a bit disappointed in how Morrigan's in-game face turned out. Her
face model is much more angular and harsh looking than her
representation in concept art and CG. This does reflect her
personality, but I think the terrible beauty approach is more appealing.

Anyways, in an attempt to improve some of my party members' appearance, I
installed the toolset and gave a stab at recreating her face from
scratch. My main goals with Morrigan were trying to make her face a bit
softer and womanly, make her eyes a bit more exotic and less harsh, and
overall matching up more with the concept art.

Just thought I'd share my version!

The standard Morrigan looks like the serpent queen compared to your version. Where can I get your version?

I like your version muchly, except, what happened to her golden eyes? (And I think you make her look a bit to pixie and "cute.")

--My problem with the Morrigan facial structure used ingame has always been that she looks much less "real" compared to the other characters. Her face is blocky in a sort of unnatural way.

Well she is a shapeshifter since childhood.

Maybe it's just a natural effect of being in human form constantly?

Give her back her golden eyes and I like it. From the concept art it looks like that was a characteristic from early on.

I think the deviation from the concept art may have been, in some part, due to the casting of the voice actress.

Not to bad. If they make a DA2, I would prefer to run into a Morrigan with somwhat softer features. Maybe a Morrigan who is in her mid thirties..

Its such nosense that they cutted her OUT OF STORY. There has to be a part Dragon Age 2 and she has to be in IT so I can finnish the romance with her what I started I mean its so bad bad bad bad developed ending. Why a story where everyone survive cannot gray warden and morrigan stay together and live together happyli ever after ? I mean developers , try to put Your self into player's skin and people what they truly would like to. GIEF Morrigane back!
