I am sorry for this but I can´t resist the urge. Niftu Cal and Blasto will join forces and create massive vorcha army to trying to save galaxy from reapers. Otherwise I have no clue, maybe they try to hide somewhere but reapers catch them anyway and bring back either as husks or indoctrinated slaves or do something equally nasty like they did with protheans.

The Hanar have Blasto so their survival is pretty much guaranteed.

Why does everyone seem to care about the yahg? They're sitting ducks! The yahg will most likely play no significant role in the war with the Reapers. They may not even know it's happening (as long as Shepard does his/her job right).
The hanar are useless. And the keepers can't be trusted. >_>

i hope the hanar are all indoctrinated and turned into husks. simply because it'd be cool to fight floating jellyfish husks lol

Let's see, imo there are 5 races that have a good chance of getting wiped out:
Volus - Would be bad. Volus are good for keeping the galactic economy running. Rely on the turians for protection, Turians are desperately trying to hold their own turf, this means no protection for the volus.
Hanar - Doesn't seem to matter much if they are destroyed. Rely on mercs for protection. Mercs Vs. Reapers. I know who'd I put my money on
Drell - Live on the hanar homeworld in very small numbers. If the Hanar are destroyed, so are the drell. They don't seem to do much for the community though..
Elcor - Elcor seem pretty useless and don't seem to be that important for the community other than being able to colonize high gravity worlds and trading the resources coming from these planets to other races. Like the Hanar, they rely on mercs for protection and it's a safe bet the mercs would flee when the reapers attack.
Vorcha - What to say about these creatures? Best if they are wiped out, no one will bother helping them anyway.
The Yagh haven't even mastered space flight (Liara said so to the shadow broker) and are in isolation from the rest of the galaxy. I'd be amazed if the reapers even give them the time of day.
I don't think any of the previously named species will play a proper role in ME3, also since saving these races doesn't seem to matter much in the long term (apart from the Volus), Shepard might decide it's best to focus on defending other races.

The hanar will rally behind the prothean squadmate.

These species will defeat the Reapers with their superior linguistic skills.
"This one does not know if Harbinger thinks of himself as....lucky."
"Threatening dare: You couldn't hurt us even if you tried."

It would be kind of awesome if the volus had a role to play in ME3, although the lesser species (volus, elcor, hanar etc.) are first on my list to be sacrificed if it comes to that.
