Ill prob be a renegade for the most part.. cus my Shepard is tired of political bull****. Mass Effect 1 he would be showing remorse for all the Batarians.. but he is sick and tired of all this crap..

Shep: "I have had it with this court and it's anti-human bull-"
*Shepard looks around the room, realizes he is no longer in the terminus*
Shep: "Can we have a brief recess?"
*prosecuter grubs his hands, as reaper warships enters the atmosphere*

"I delete judges like you on my way to real problems"
*Garrus coughs*
"That is pretty extreme Commander"

Thane: "Flying late out of Omega. Kelly, dancing on the table. Jacob stares intently. "The Priiize! Show me the Priiize!"
Judge: "Enough of this ridiculousness! Shepard, I find you--"

*Building shakes, Reapers crash down outside of courtroom. Shepard locks stare swith a stunned Garrus, and he nods.*

Shepard & Garrus, with airquotes: "Ah, yes, Reapers...!"


Everyone gets the hell outta there.

Or, if I'm metagaming, I'll just use a Renegade interrupt...

If the writting for Shepard stays as is I assume you won't be able to defend yourself. Look how he handled himself with the VS or when Tela Vasir put him in his place (especially as a sole survivor).  Shepard isn't allowed to defend himself or formulate a rational thought.

And once the Reaper fleet begins to descend and the courtroom goes nuts, Shepard walks towards the judges/Council/Alliance Whoevers and say, "I'm sure you think all this was terribly important, but I've got to genocide a race that only exists to wipe out all life. You're welcome in advance, by the way."

Salarian: Please address the.....Batarian matter now, Commander Shepard.

Shepard: I have no excuse. Destroying the Bahak system was a necessary action. I did what I had do to in order to protect the many, despite the needs of the few. If I hadn't destroyed that system, the Reapers would have come pouring through. Billions would be dead. I am not sorry for what I did, and I would do it again if the situation called for it.

Turian Councilor: Commander....we've had enough of this Reaper nonsense.

*large explosion outside*

Turian Councilor: What....what was that?

Shepard: That, Councilor, was the biggest "told you so" in galactic history.

*Jacob and Miranda appear in the courtroom. Shepard looks at them*

Jacob: Time to go.

No, a dev said (or strongly implied) in one of the videos that Shepard's previous decisions would also come up.

That could be interesting, but if it's just like Chrono Trigger, then your outcome is pre-determined regardless.

I think it will just serve as an extended intro/rehash rather than anything we can actually get ourselves out of.

I'll do one of those silent menacing guy things. Ya know, like the Sean Connery character from, The Rock. You'll show up one day, dig me out of the hole you buried me in, and beg for my help when "THE REAPERS" show up.

Until then /spit you bunch of politicians, I won't be saving your ship again, I know now that all politicians on one ship ready to be destroyed was a lottery ticket I should have cashed in years ago:)
