My guess is that the entire crew will be judged with Shepard in the beggining of ME3 because of treason against the Alliance but in the middle of the chaos that will be the Reapers Invasion they will manage to escape and return as the crew of the Normandy.

i dont think the entire crew would be on trial, like if a company commits fraud the janitors or security guards arnt blamed, only the heads of the company would.

... i dont want the trial to be interupted by the reaper attack, i would rather it end then you goto anderson's office/walk and talk with him then they attack. so you get a chance to bring your shepard's renegade/paragon side out in the very beginning.

As a scotsman i hope never to see or hear kenneth again. His character was so cringingly cliched i'm surprised bioware didnt have him wearing a kilt and tartan bonnet doing the highland fling whilst chomping on shortbread and sipping a wee dram. Don't get me started on the fake accent either. Having said that i couldn't bring myself not to save the crew so he'll probably be back and it will be my own fault

They were Shepard's crew. After she saved them, I'm sure they resigned from Cerberus and they're joining Shepard until the end

I wouldnt mind Ken and Gabby returning but I reckon Ken would need a new voice actor.

Someone who can actually do a Scottish accent; being a Scotsman and realising that Kenneth is supposed to be Scottish made me cringe at how bad the accent and VA was. Gabby by contrast was loads better; which made Ken seem even worse by comparison.

Navigator Pressly is the only one who is mentioned by name to have died.  "A few of the servicemen from the lower decks didn't make it out" but they were probably the nameless people in the background.

Those are the only four I see coming back besides EDI.  Only because they were Alliance before Shepard died.  Which is rhe reason Ken and Gabby left was because of what the Alliance did after Shepard was spaced.  The rest of the crew is pure Cerberus and to be quite honest, I don't want any of them back.  That includes Kelly.  I don't need to be told, "Commander, you have unread  messages on your private terminal."  Or "No new messages"  I am quite able to check my messages without being told by Kelly.   That and she did a poor job of feeding your fish.

sure look all tough when you're guarding a door, but where are you when the shootings happening? useless jerks.
oh right, they carried the bomb out of the normandy on virmire. but they sure ran back onboard fast enough, poor kaidan defended that bomb solo like a champ.

Knowing Ken he'll be back on ship and Gabby will fallow but if you killed Gabby but saved Ken will he try to kill you in 3 at some point?

I never noticed that they were no help at all, damn... I'll never see mass effect 1 the same way again.... kaiden coulda lived!

Sigh. I miss the saluting from ME1. (Though one of those boys pulled out my Saren-teammates from under some debris after the last fight, so it wasn't all bad.)

*cough* Back on topic: I wish I hadn't read in this forum that Ken's accent was grating on folks who are from Scotland. I loved his accent, but I wouldn't be able to tell the difference between a genuine and a faux one.

I do want Ken and Gabby back. They were a hoot. And Tali needs some crew to boss around.
