I'm sure they wouldn't want all that good dialogue they wrote go to waste.

I 199% agree, I just don't like quoting the leak as canonical when we just don't know.  It was in during development at one point, we know that's the direction they wanted to take it in, but we don't know what's in, out or changed at this point.  Just my standard disclaimer.

What if they are Cerberus spies? Loyal to the Illusive Man and just told to blend in? What would you do if you found out?

Their only loyalty to Cerberus depended on who was willing to go after the Reapers. With Earth getting wrecked, Cerberus attacking Shepard and the Alliance on the offensive, I don't think they're spies.

I liked Ken and Gabby they were cool. Ken had some great lines, half the time he'd say something and It was something I could see myself saying like the conversation about Jack, and the Normandy, EDI, Tali, and Gabby. He's got a dick brain and most his jokes are dick brain jokes, much like my sense of humor.
Those two were the best comic relief.

I think they died on my playthrough, Can't remember if Dr. Chakwas was the only one left besides some random colonists or not. I went after the Crew pretty late.

Although. and the same could be said for Joker, why would the Alliance take Cerberus people? I really hated the whole "The Alliance sucks so let's join Cerberus!" attitude everyone had. You hate the Alliance so you join a, what did Kohaku call them, a rogue terrorist group or something? It really didn't work for me when Joker joined them. That was a total WTF moment.

I hope they will. They added a bit of color to the crew. Just wish there was more conversation options with them.

Please oh Please bring those two back, I always go down there to hear the banter between them like gabby telling ken about the krogan or the half naked female down below and then ken says that he must go down there and introduce himself to her. If you upgrade the ship ie armor, shield or weapons they talk about what that has done to the ship.

Gotta agree with ya here on the Alliance people joing the Rogue Terrorist Group, Ken and Gabby were both former Aliiance, as was Joker, and Doc, Cuckwas. I can't remember if the mess hall dude Rupert or what ever was Allaince but he was very unteresting to me he just was there, like Presley and Addams in ME1.

Kelly was an odd person to have ever joined Cerberus her personality just didn't seem the Cerberus type.

Anyway I think Joker's one line about joining Cerberus was something like "We were your crew, you were our leader, so heck yeah I joined Cerberus they brought you back and rebuilt the Normandy better than ever"
I think that line and reason could work to bring back all the crew from ME2, as permanet Normandy Crew Members, So Kelly, Ken and Gabby, Rupert  bring 'em all back being with that same reason as fulltime Normandy Crew members.
Shepard is a rather charismatic person and people willingly follow him. If Shepard can't get his old crew to come back and staff the Normandy I don't see how Shep will be able to get the whole galaxy to join together and fight the Reapers. The Normandy crew knows Shepard personly the rest of the galaxy are all just strangers and Shep is just a face to them (like a celibertiy or public figure like Mr Hudson here at Bioware), who can mean different things to the galaxy depending the actions in ME1 and 2.



Also am I the only one who veiws Edi as Cerberus properity and the Illisive Man seems like the type that'd have a magic butten to deactive certain features in the Normandy and the main one being Edi?
Sorry for my long drawn out thought process (it's a side effect of my ocupation)
