so obviously im pumped about the game. ive been trying to plan out my character, a rogue. i was wonderin what any one else was planning to do with the class. specifically, im looking at early levels. anyways, if you want to, layout your character as youll level them
im going to go more combat oriented. ill prolly try and max combat training and coercion early for skills, then alternate survival and herbalism...(anyone going with posion making?)
im kind of torn with talents, im going to max dual weapons proficeny quick, but im not sure about how quickly to max the active/sustained branches...i also want to do a few archery talents to slow enemies while my tanks head in....my main problem is maxing rogue combat skills, i want them but i dont want to take them early

so thats the question, do my fellow rogues plan to take the combat rogue feats early or take them later on, when talents are a bit more flexible?

Going for more CC myself but picking up... Precision(?) first, after combat training and coercion. Depends on what Assassin talents there are.

You'll be able to max out combat training and coercion by level 16, and there are only 22-25 levels in the game. Keep in mind that in the 24 hour Warden's Quest event, I don't think anyone got to level 16.

I've been thinking about what I want to do with my rogue for a while now. I still can't decide if I want to focus on thievery or attack. I hate leaving things locked up in a room, but I also love to be leathal. My favorite class was a monk in NWN2, so I might focus on doing damage... I suppose it will depend what companions I decide to take around with me. I wish I could do both!

Does anyone know if you can save your character after you finish the first time and then play again with them leveled up? Might be kind of cheating :P But I like to do it just to see what other things I can get if I do things differently... and to just be as awesome as possible :P hah.
