I think for one of the passives I had seen it was there, for Storming?
Any confirmations on this?
Is it safe to assume that power evolution choices for the Infiltrator and Soldier will allow for increased SR time dilation and AR time dilation?

It's not safe to assume anything unless BioWare releases an official statement regarding the matter, and even then these things are subject to change until the game is released.

It would be nice if they explained how power evolutions work...they haven't done that yet and I don't think it is too much of a give away.

Yeah. Apparently Soldiers can apply time dilation to Storm through the Combat Mastery skill tree. What I'm more interested in is what exactly Weapon Master does. That was one of the upgrade options. The whole skill tree thing looks kind of weird.

Well looks like there are 8 ways to upgrade each power, and 6 ranks. I'm thinking that we get to choose one of those upgrades for every rank.

6 ranks for each power? Damn...that's going to make for a lot of replay value...
