If I order Mass Effect Redemption Volume 1, will I be getting issue no. 1,2,3 and 4?

I'm not sure exactly how comics work, but I ordered 'Redemption vol. 1' from Book Depository UK and it is the 'graphic novel' version, ie includes all of the issues
