I've noticed that since patch v1.03 there are occasions when certain placeables or characters are permanently highlighted by having their names hovering over them. This problem isn't tied to the game settings, seeing as plot markers and automatic highlighting is turned off. Also, when I press and release TAB to highlight characters or placeables in the area the issue doesn't go away.

Thus far I've experienced this problem in two locations already. The first one is at the Hightown Market next to Robes by Jean Luc's booth, the notice regarding the viscount's son is highlighted. The other occurence is in Hightown's Chantry Courtyard, our beloved magistrate Vanard happens to be the second victim.

Both instances are no longer highlighted after they're used -- or talked to, in Vanard's case.
