Hello fellow Liara fans, I had a few questions about Liara's weapon loadout in ME3.

I was wondering what the best weapons configuration was for her.

Right now im thinking N7 Hurricane for submachine gun, and M-358 Talon or the Scorpion for heavy pistol...but the Carnifex looks good too..

What should I use? What do you all use? What mods do you use?

Can Liara make use of the Meele stunner mod?

Does weight affect Liara's cooldown?

PS....Oh and whenever a battle of the sexes starts around Liara, from either gender, just refer to this Picture for Liara's stance on the matter;P

I stay away from the femshep threads becaus of testosterone bashing. I come here to get away from such rubbish only to find that apparently I'm a lesbian..

For F**ks sake grow up.

(I know you don't have anything aginst fshep Dude.This whole topic is just  getting to me because I like both. I like both the fshep and mshep fans here, but if this keeps up I'm outta here.)

Also, I think Liara romance is pretty good if you're romancing her for the first time in ME3 (from what I've seen), because it also works so well that way.

They're friends or best friends for years now, and for them to finally get together at the end of the series is both tragic and romantic at the same time. They finally confess there feelings when there isn't any time left.

Yes I tottaly agree, I just finished a playthrough with this scenario. (lol Loyal Kaidenmance/Ashlymance was dropped.)

I usually give her the N7 Hurricane until I get the Locust. Then I have her carry the Locust and Paladin. Don't think what she carries matters with cooldown for her, but then again I've never given her an assault rifle, though in some cut scenes that is what she is carrying. Her biotics are what I take her on every mission for. Spam singularity and throw from me and I blow Sh*T up left and right. lol!

Keep the Hurricane or the Tempest.

In the beginning I had Liara with the Scorpion, but I noticed that she mostly shoots one explosive and then goes back to cover. So I switched her to Paladin/Carnifex.
Weight doesn't matter to Squadis, so you could easily give Liara the Talon.

[Edit:] Liara is always behind me, the only Squadmate who does meele in my playthroughs is Vega. So I'm not sure about the meele mod.

Anyway, I noticed on the first post that there are a few fanfics linked, and I wanted to add one that I personally think is incredible. I obviously haven't gone through the entire thousand page thread, so if it has been linked before I apologize.

It's femshep/Liara (major bonus points right there, though I've noticed that femshep seems to be a lot more popular in fanfiction) and it really is incredible. It has a near perfect balance of staying with the story and changing some things up. The details are rich and the Shepard that the author creates is very excellent. Best of all, updates are ridiculously quick for the quality of the story (though the author is on vacation or something til about mid April). If you enjoy fanfiction and want a very high quality, lengthy Liara/femshep story, I very highly recommend these stories.

As someone who's spoken to the writer on a regular basis, 'she' too was rather displeased at how the ending turned out.

The reason for a lack of updates, however, is because she had to get surgery on her hip and she'll be out of commission until April 9th.

However, I still recommend that as one of the best pieces of ME fanfiction ever written.

Their stats look similar is why I ask.

Edit: oh wait , i think i figured it out. Paladin does more damage, less ammo.

I usually give Liara the N7 Hurricane because she does a lot of damage with it. As for her pistol I give her the Palidin but I rarely have her use her side arm. and with those two guns her cool down is ridiculously fast

Does the evolution to increase ammo capacity have ANY effect on Liara?

Since squadmates dont use ammo and all...

wich rises another question....Can squadmates make headshots to take advantage of the Plus headshot damage?

I want to know this too. All the time I upgraded there was a lot of such things in any squad member upgrade tree that didn't made sense. Anyone knows if Liara's warp upgrade to increase ammo capacity does anything?

Yes, well, I actually culled my xboxlive freind-list today.( Like over half of it lol.) I did managed to play multiplayer with vader though, that was fun! Speaking of multiplayer I might get a few rounds in for raptor weekend.. so maybe I'll see some of you guys around..on MP.

IT wasn't pages ago.. and when it comes up more then once in twenty four hours it's a problem. IF I remember correctly you're the one who made the testosterone comment. Anyway onto some good news

Edit: Top of the page Liara - even though you guys aren't into the markings much. 




Is there a problem with them in general or is it just the colors? I might attempt a similar facial mod.
