I tried out your Liara outfit texmod and I'm loving it, I hope you make more texmod's. I also tried out that face texture that theandroid's made and I also feel It just doesnt fit with Liara. I prefer the original non warpaint science gal look

Anyway, I haven´t been to the Miri thread what do they fight about, if I may be so blunt??
It would be awesome if Liara was to be Shep´s LI in the movie. But for some reason I suspect that they will probably make a completely new character to fill that role. You know as not to offend the fans (not everyone likes Liara). Although that is perhaps being too optimistic considering how easily Hollywood screws over great videogames

I have a feeling it might be Ashley. 'cause you know, blue alien sex might be "too weird" for the masses

It will most likely be Ashley not that I mind, or anything. *shrug* I won't be seeing the movie; it will most likely be another generic sci-fi action-hero movie. Condensing a 30hr game into a maximum of 2.5 hours=no thanks. I can just see it's contents now: guns,explosions,pretty sfx, and maybe a romance scene. 

Pfft,  don't get me started on the Miranda issue.<_<

Some people are being taking Miranda's "small" role too hard, also I remember where they were fighting about which was the right ending. There was another one where jtav says that Miranda is portrayed as the vixen or femme fatale who who steals Shepard from his true love which is Liara (something like that) Because if you pursued both of them and dumped Miranda, I heard she dies regardless of anything you do.

Also, if they will create a new love interest for the movie they might as well just make it entirely original. They did say that it is based on the first game and will stay true to that.

Well, it´s difficult to deny that Miranda is clearly meant to be this hot, Lara Croftish chick every guy wants to do.
Just remember what her most popular meme is. It certaintly isn´t her strong protective instincts towards her sister.
And poor Miri. Well, she should have learned a long time ago, that fancy genetics can´t keep Shep away from his favorite asari.  As the human guy at the bachelor party said: "Everybody loves the asari. Everybody".

Hearing that the movie will be about Shepard´s story worries me somewhat. No matter how they portray him (I´m pretty sure it will be a him. I think they´ve also stated that it would be.) it will always be "wrong" to some of not many fans. Also, Shepard has never been figure with a canon personality and story. Sure, all Shepards fight the reapers etc. etc. but think about the many different choices and the outcome of said choices.
Hollywood doesn´t have a great reputation of following the story in a videogame that well, and I doubt a game where the player more or less shape their own story and canon will translate well to the big screen.

Of course, it is good to hear that Bioware will participate in the making of this film. But from what I´ve read the Silent Hill movies wasn´t made before Konami had looked the script over and approved it. They even rejected many scripts to begin with, so they were quite picky. But still the film was... horrible to say the least. 

So yeah, I don´t hold too much hope for the movie. But we shall see when it´s released; maybe it will be good after all.

Im not so happy with an Mass effect movie, they always end up fu*** the storie, and using Shepard don't makes many sense to me! 

I would be more happy if the movie story would center Jon Grisson and the begin of Mass Effect!

About love interest in the movie, nahh... leave Liara alone

Yeah, I don´t think Liara´s species will be a problem in that department, quite the contrary in fact. I mean; inter-species sexual relations have been quite common in the sci-fi genre ever since the first Star Trek series was made.

Honestly, I think using Shepard in the movie is a baddddddddddddd,badddddddddddd,badddddddddddd Idea. It would ****** so many people off, and Maker the fem****s will go stark crazy. (No not all fsheps fans, just the select few..that take it way,way,way too seriously..)

They could always make the movie like the latest Tekken movie (Blood Vengeance, not the one with real people ) .
That would allow them to hire the same VAs. Of course this would limit the audience to pretty much fans only so it's not a likely scenario.

I will probably watch it. just so I can critizise it. I suspect that most of those who will love the movie haven´t even played the games.
And I also suspect that fans of the ME franchise probably will react more aggressive towards a movie adaption of ME than fans of other videgame series. That is the difference between being emotionally invested in a game instead of just playing it for the lolz.

She probably will, and there will be a flood of 'dat blue ****' memes. I can picture almost  anything after seeing 'baby in a blender'
