Ugh, such a long night. I managed to complete a ton of side-missions in ME1 so making good progress there but I've been pulling my hair out trying to work out how to make certain scenes that I really want to run fit into the canon of ME1. I keep switching around the order in which the missions come for my fanfic stuff and couldn't make anything work.

Happily I think I've got that straightened out now. Though it means the scene that I really want to write up won't come in until the fanfic after the next one I'm writing. Hope I can manage two this weekend to get it done (though in light of how much I've been hyping it mentally I fear its going to be a huge let-down when I've written it, not totally sure if my writing can pull off what I have in mind).


Anyway, had to vent a little but you guys don't really want to hear about my fanfic woes. I'm just stressing a little; could use a hug or something. Have some Liara belly:

And..... I think Liara is Shepardsexual.. She has no eyes for anyone, or anything else. Except her lvl 299 Galaxy of Fantasy Asari Priestess (or.. something!). Proudly botted by Glyph when she's out on missions with Shepard.

Yeah, she is pretty much obsessed in terms of love with Shepard. That said love =/= lust so...I dunno about her not looking at ANYTHING other than Shep. What about all that time when Shepard was dead?

Heh, funnily enough I'm in work tomorrow morning to prep for an experiment on Thursday (five day incubation). But apart from that and a paper I've desparately got to read I've got not much else I HAVE to do this weekend (though I've got a pretty big backlog of other odds and ends to sort out). One advantage of a PhD - no exams.

As far as the story goes, its not so much that. What it is is I've got this scene in my head that if I don't do it justice in writing I'm going to be hugely, hugely disappointed with myself.

2 years seems like a couple of months to an asari, in terms of timeframe. And she spent much of that time looking for Shepard, then Feron. Very driven woman, our Liara.

I hate you. For the no exams bit that is. But I do know about the backlog of odds and ends. It's done when it's done. And a 5 day incubation? Harsh, growing fungi? They seem to take the longest to grow. Aaaaaanyway, going back on track...

I await that fic. And... ah, I feel guilty about not reading the many other worthy fics posted out here. But.... tiiiime.

Honestly the LotSB outfit and the others she wears in the game are okay but I prefer something less formal, conservative or less boring. Well... i guess this is shepard's favorite thread in the social network.

I didnt romanced Liara back in ME1... she was so obsessed with the prothean beacon that i thought she was only interested in shepard because of that. So i romanced Ashley.
Then in ME2 Ashley returned, but the whole "you are working with cerberus now" crap pissed my Shepard. Then Shep met Liara and she told him about Shepards Body and all... and i was like : "aaaaaawwwwwwwwww she really cares for shepard"... anywyas, Shepard didnt romanced anybody in ME2.
And then Me3 came.... and i dumped Ashley right away (the whole, you worked for cerberus, how can i trust you? carp pissed me off again). So i started romancing Liara.... and it was perfect *-*
So adorable and cute...

Im going to play mass effect from the very beginning again just to make sure that i romance her since the first game.
She deserves more love *-*

Glad that you saw the light in ME3 , but welcome to the thread! I think Liara is like a black hole of love, no matter how much you give her it will never be enough 


Like on this pic you would think they are covering each other's back as they move through some highly dangerous rachni infected caves, but what they are actually doing is playing Hide and Seek and it's shep's turn to count

@Letsgotomyhouse:  Read you're ending i like the description and the way it's written except for the BOOM POW CRACKs that are interspread throughout the begining and middle, it seems a little juvenile and out of place with the rest of the writing and I think that writing out a description of the action like "the glass began to crack" followed the next time by " the cracks widened allowing some of the energy within the chamber escape with deafening roar"  or just leaving it as CRACK and getting rid of the BOOM POW.  I want to see more though, and i hope some of this helps you:)
