Anyone else find the Garrus/Tali romance to be how it should be? Really, I cannot see myself romancing Tali, and well, Garrus needs someone, right? Kinda like I think Ash deserves someone too... but honestly, I think Miranda is the one that deserves it the most. Just can't bring myself to not romance Liara...

Thats what three Shep's are for.  One for ash, one for Liara (because I cant see my canon femshep with anyone else or any of my other sheps with her...territorial renegade I guess ), and one for miri.  Mirianda's shep is gonna take a bit... im only on tuchunka with Ash's guy - and my femshep is buried unnder some rubble awaiting the end of april for an update as to what can be expected of her.
But yea at first, i found it odd but than after thinking about it - tali and garrus...seems ok.  They didn't really show any affection towards each other in the other games but I guess end of the galaxy makes you do weird and spontaneous things like hooking up and whatnot. 
Garrus was too much my brother to romance, and tali...too much a little sister.  Good to see they get some happiness - or at least i like to think so.  Augh liaras gonna be stuck on an alien planet with those two lovebirds, as well as joker and edi (no wait i think i killed her...misery loves company) - and javik...

I just heard this song and flashes of inspiration came to me for an ending.



It's from Coldplay.

Using the destroy ending... beginning after the reapers have started to fall all over Earth. We see Liara and Garrus standing with others at the top of the hill where they first started their mad dash to the beam. We see hundreds of different species's soldiers moving about checking wounded and helping those they can. A real blending of everyone helping each other no matter their race because the war has bonded everyone together.
We see Garrus or Tali or even Wrex comforting Liara who is teary eyed believing Shepard is dead.
Suddenly the beam up to the Citadel, which is still there, activates drawing everyone's attention. It flashes once and we see Shepard, beaten all to heck, but carrying Anderson's body over his shoulders. Liara's eyes explode open and she begins to run across the area between them. Which is when this song from coldplay kicks in and as she is running towards him (or her in a lot of cases) we see flashes of Shepard and Liara from the moment they first met, shots of ME1 together with glimpses of their love scene, then the same for LotSB, and finally moments from the 3rd game. Some smiling and some tearfuilled, but basically telling the story of their love for each other, culminating with liara reaching him (or her) as Shepard drops to her knees and gently places Anderson's body on the ground. Liara would gather him (or her) into her arms as others are rushing towards them from Shep's team, and Liara is holding them like in that picture that was posted. London ruins I believe. As we come to the end of the song... that scene fades out slowly and right at the end we see a bright and beautiful scenery of a rebuilding Earth or Thessia and Shepard and Liara looking out over the rebuilding just as three or four little blue children come running into the picture.

I thought that was very cool. Wish someone could put that into like a still shot movie to this song.

Interestingly that was my very first idea. However it felt too renegade for a paragon, even an angry and passionate one.

I then thought about having Shep physically slam him against the wall but it just didn't have the right feel to it. Not the right kind of aggression. I'm not sure why I felt that to be wrong, it just did. The biotic thing just "felt" right. I can't put into words why.

Biotics are a great show of power, just flip a finger to overpower someone. Fits perfectly.

I like your idea. Very much, actually. Only problem I have with it is... the music. I actually posted a similar idea some time ago with MY personal music attached to it, and basicly got turned down because of my music interest in particular. It sucks, because (at least for me) your music taste sort of defines you in some ways. So I respect your choice, but I wouldn't personally use it (not that you're actually planning to make a frigging ending...?).
The idea as a whole is brilliant, though (even though Spep wakes up ON EARTH right after, so him going back through the conduit wouldn't make sence). Hold the line.

The Tali/Garrus thing was a bit unexpected.
But in the end it's a nice notion and works quite well. They really deserve a bit of twosome time on this long journey. And Shep is inevitably taken

Yeah when he has the visor on, he does look like Cyclops (Scott Summers) from X-Men. I think I might make another mashed up video of Mass Effect with the X-Men 90s cartoon theme.
