That happens to me all the time...when I get an idea in my head I can't get it out...so I just go with it.

If you want to play the game, then go for it...the final save places you back before the ending anyway.

I wouldn't hold my breath for a 'non sucky ending' update...at least not expect it.   Hope for the best, expect the worst.

I vote 'no' because I don't think it's something they should explictly show us in game so the anti-baby people/PMC don't have it forced on them.

It honestly felt like that. I had this idea early this morning about how to wrap it up after the events of ME1 (still haven't worked out what I'm going to do for ME2 yet) and I just mentally drafted it in my head. So I sit down after being in work to write it down and five pages and something like four hours later I finally finish writing it up. And I've not even fleshed out the lead-in to it yet, theres still stuff to write there. It really feels like it wrote itself.

Anyway, time to fire up Mass Effect and complete Feros. Then I can write the second part (as opposed to the later parts I keep getting distracted writing) and hopefully have it up by tonight. Six and a half hours before midnight, so I dont' think its an unreasonable expectation that I can get it done today. Really want to get onto the next part, because that should prove to be very touching if I do it right.

Just save the game and exit just before talking with Anderson in the resistance camp. Let Liara's gift be among the last things you see in ME3.... Much better than the ending

I was about to vote yes, then remembered my friends here. I had to vote no. I'd like them impied or something, some fancy way of leaving it to the imagination, but never explicitly shown or mentioned, like you said.

It happens pretty frequently when you know your characters, or so authors keep telling me. They'll have a nebulous idea, and put the pieces into place, and then the characters take it from there. But my lecturer once told me, once you have the main body of your text, the introduction writes itself. Not too dissimilar here I hope?

And it's only 6 1/2 hours for those of us in the UK, stateside folks have all day to wait for you. I'm sure they won't mind.

Hi Karmen.

I'm not sure what to vote. On the one hand, I don't want to traumatize those children with my Shepard as a father. On the other hand, I want to see E.W. Shepard's face, when Liara tells her the good news.

Where is my "Perhaps".

I would not mind it if those that do not wish it can avoid it, and I am not sure if I want to see actual babies in the game. For that want it, perhaps have it be strongly implied that a little blue baby is on the way?

Seems like the best solution to me, but I am not sure.
