We're not putting humans down at all. Just of all the known biotics (not counting novel characters), humans won't be beating Asari.
From all other things we see in the game we learn Humanity is superior to all others. Great biotic potential (2nd to only Asari). Great tech potential, Cerberus tech = human tech and beats almost all alien tech. Listen to Harbinger. According to it/him, Humanity has virtually no flaws while all other races have critical errors that make them useless. It's kind of funny. Went severely off topic there but you get the idea.
The whole "Humanity is special" ME has going is somewhat tirering me. i don't mind humans being protrayed as the "Right guy at the right place at the right time" but I dislike how we are the only race that apparently aren't in a social/political/military/technological stagnation. Combined with "Humans are geneticly diverse" and it just comes off as somewhat mary sue-ish.
I suppose it could still be defended by bringing in the Reapers. They only seem to harvest the best species and melt those down into a new Reaper design. I suppose us human players wouldn't feel such a sense of need if, say, the Turians were the chosen species. It always struck me as funny that humanity was the perfect species though reports from earth still aren't that impressive. The Asari, Turians and Salarians as well as the Geth seem to be doing well for themselves though. Only the Quarians are still in their flotilla and the Batarians are still a dictatorship so I'm not quite sure what you last statement was based on.
Ok maybe what I said was extreme but I have seen some real anti human topics on this network, if we were so useless we would of killed ourselves when we first weaponised the nuclear weapon, maybewe could of if japan had a nuke as well, I agree off topic. Like humans vary in intelligence, maybe asari vary in biotic power? They can't all be biotic warriors capable ripping the universe in half.
Don't count yourself rich too early. Before humanity actually masters spaceflight we'll be 100 years ahead. A LOT can happen in the meantime. I wouldn't be surprised if our entire race still falls to pieces eventually due to political or enviromental problems. It's against the BSN rules to discuss politics however and I have no wish to get this topic locked so let's leave it at this.

Humanity only had like 50 years between finding the Prothrean data cache and first contact yet somehow manage to be a superpower that is comparable to the Turians in terms of strenght. Alot of new innovations are human made (Medi-gel, Carriers, javalin torpedoes).

Ahh yes that'd be true. Funny how Medi-gel is a human invention, against council rules but so important to soldiers everywhere it can't be banned at this moment. I always contribute humanity's experience in combat and their quick rise to power as a result of having a very violent history. Whenever a human tribe expanded on earth, a war for dominance followed. It's likely the other species had a similar history but not as violent as humanity's.

I said it would be great if someone replaced her ME2-Maingame look (that which she has in her office) with a diffrent version of her LOTSB face. So that there is a sense of consistency between ME2 and LOTSB while still maintaining the feeling of the original ME2-maingame face had.

Oh, you mean like the strained/driven/exhausted look that her vanilla ME2 look had, only using the LotSB skin as a base?

Popular subject for debate, that and the color of her lips.Ericzio wrote...
Did Liara get blue eye contacts? In Mass Effect they were a steel like blue but when LotSB came around they became such a deep blue.. I guess it was just a remodel. They are both gorgeous colors but I liked the steel blue a bit more seeing how my Shepard had the same eye color.
Are they pick and she uses blue lipstick in LotSB or are they blue and she uses pink Lipstick in ME1 and ME2 cameo?
I think we won't know untill she either actually says so in game, or we get too see her makeup set
Personally i like to think that Liara wore lipstick and contacts in ME1 (one can only guess why would she dull the color of her grogeous eyes) and in LotSB she couldn't put them on when she escaped her apartment.

I don't think she got blue eye contacts. Her LOTSB looks is simply how she now looks. So it is sorta like a retcon.

I think someone already made a mod of ME2 Liara's face on the LOTSB face. Or at least, they changed it to be more similar.
Anyways, I'm noticing the eyes are still the original ME2 eyes in the picture.
Really?
Do you have the link?
Althrough I guess it won't really matter anyway. I don't really play ME right now. Althrough I gues it could be nice if I ever decide to do a ME marathon.

I'm perfectly willing to accept a retcon in this situation. That's why in my most recent playthough I've been using her LotSB skin in ME1 and will do the same for vanilla ME2.

Samara did mentioned when talking about Justicar training that it had a high causality rate. One of the reasons there are so few of them.kumquats wrote...
All the races are specialists and humans are more versatile.
It's not about putting humans down, but Samara is a Justicar and I believe they have a brutal training.
