I have been having a blast with my Asari Vanguard with a Raptor VIII and Stasis Bubble!

I would be a bit careful here. Sniping vanguards are not generally well liked :-D

Hey we're not knocking them, atleast i wasn't the drell can be very useful especially that melee of there's but I just wanted an Asari adept because frankly I like adept better than vanguard even though i already have a asari vanguard.  Also Ananas sorry to leave you out of the blue party but i just got my adept from a spectre pack.  so I'm happy now:D  *steps in and gives ananas a hug*  It's ok someday there'll be an asari with you're name on it, maybe tomorrow

And regarding the language discussion, I guess between gameplay, presentation, character design and storytelling even the writers themselves aren't 100% sure how it's all supposed to work, other than "somehow everybody understands everybody".

Personally I can find just as much arguments for all the solutions suggested here as against them. Thus I choose to stay neutral ...

What I can say however, is that the romantic in me wants Shep and Liara to have at least one common language. I'm not fond of the idea that there is an artificial gizmo between them and their next attempt to exchange intimate and awfully sweet words may end in a tirade of absurd obscenities due to bugs or incomplete databanks.
It would be pretty hilarious though.

Not really an AI issue, but the first time I revived her in ME3 she entered reference position.

Damn, same thing. Sometimes it makes me cry when i see her fall in the heat of the battle
At least there is a remedy for that. Order her to take cover and she won't run guns blazing (John Woo style) through battlefield.

As for translator - why not? It has been common explanation for a lot sci-fi movies, tv series and so on. At least it's not like Stargate or something when they start the series that others speak in different languages but after a while they even don't care and everyone is already talking in English.
Also about lipsync problem - that depends how the translator works. Does it translate everything you her for you in language you understand or does it translate everything you want to speak and you actually speak that language everyone would understand? Or maybe it is the both ways combined with some kind of common galactic language.

She says she's never wanted to headbutt anyone but I'm not so sure. I don't have anything against wanting to headbutt people, but I might draw the line at headbutting a turret.

At least Liara doesn't shoot Shep in the back of the head any more (ME1's squaddie AIs were so bad).

Dunno if this really counts as stupid or just strange. In ME1 while on Feros I often get a glitch where the squaddies won't follow Shep. Last time I played when Liara returned and some enemies appeared she decided to use her powers without being told (power use was set to manual in options). Before I even had chance to think all the enemies were flying around helplessly. I was going to complain that she'd defied me but considering it helped I couldn't really complain.

I'm guessing that since you guys have probably romanced Liara in any way possible, then you might know the answers to a few questions that I have. :-)

1) Is it possible to start a romance with Liara in the LotSB DLC if you stayed single in ME1?

2) Is it possible to start a romance with Liara in ME3 if you stayed single in ME1 and ME2?

No, the dialogue is just weird and doesn't make any sence. I clicked it only one time and will not do it again.
Good Renegade lines are very rare with Liara in ME3.

I think one of the good ones, is in the 'flatterer' scene.

Well in the full romance, Liara says as we know: I love you.
Shepard says: I was looking forward to it.

It's not worth it. The renegade line is only good, if you start a new romance with her in ME3.

I think it is the flatterer scene, the renegade line is pretty good. And I used a lot of renegade stuff, bevor and after Thessia.

This is correct. You cannot start a new romance in Lotsb. You can only rekindle it if you romanced Liara in ME1.

I must say I'm a little bit disappointed that LotSB doesn't have that option. I've romanced Liara with my main character in ME1, ME2 and now in ME3, but on my next playthroughs I wanted to try a different approach. Somehow, the thought of getting into a romance in ME3 doesn't sound nearly as appealing to me as it would in ME2-s case for example. I'd be thinking "Damn Shepard, what the heck took you so long to get together with this woman?" during the whole ME3.

My favourite renegade comment to Liara is "I never get to surprise you with anything". Although how Shep could possibly think Liara didn't know is beyond me. Shep only knew because she saw the vid at the SB base and it was Liara that had set up the videos for Shep to look at in the first place.

I played ME so long as an infiltrator that I'm just awfull playing with my asari vanguard lol That's why i'm starting a second ME game from the screatch as Soldier, then Adept then vanguard....

I know it, but IDK, when I play tons of MPs and I see I have 30k credit's I feel like "wanna try one vet", so I can't save money on the game lol. Recently (mostly this weekend) because of the promo of promoting chars I focused in play and play and play.. so I didn't took care of credits, so I found myself with 150k credits, and I took 2 Spectres and 1 Vet.. but nothing...

I also add to your point that the vanguard I got it on Vet... so IDK what to do hahahah

Edit: sorry for capital letters in "I took 2 Spectres", I just touched the key without wanting it lol. Fixed.

Was that the renegade comment? My paragon Shep said something like that, I think. She sounded so disappointed, like a kicked puppy. I felt the same way.
