Btw does anyone know how to add friends on the MP (for PC)? I want to add people from the Mind Melders clan because I'm kinda sick of some guys kicking me from bronze and silver just because my N7 rank is 46... Not to mention the crap I'll get once I start playing with new characters....

 Am I the only person on this thread that doesn't like playing as an Asari vanguard? I mean, freezing people on the spot is kinda fun, but I prefer blowing **** up with nova. Huh.

well I didn't liked vanguards but I love the asari one. If you think about one thing, after charging you blow them with nova (2 biotic combo), and with the asari, after charging if you do the melee attack, she does an area attack, quite similar as Nova's effect, so you consume only 1 biotic power and while that charge is recovering.
IMO I think asari is better because of that, and also the bubble stasis, it helps a lot in silver and gold if you're a great player (which I'm not lol), but it's just an opinion;)

you have to host one game, and in the menu selection (difficult, enemy...) you have to chose PRIVATE instead of PUBLIC. then you'll be alone because random people can't enter that game since it's a private one and you're hosting it, and in the joining people screen, you'll have a button who's called INVITE FRIENDS, just down the group members list.

When clicking on it, you'll open origin into the game, with your friend list, so you chose who you want to join, up to 3 friends more, wich with you, you'll have the full 4 people group.

If you don't have enough friends connected or they don't wanna play because they can't or somewhere else, you can enter the Mission Settings and open it to Public, so random peole will fulfill the group.

This assures you'll play with some friends, and that's how we people of the Mind Melders make those Asari commando games or how we play together;)

yeah that's it, if you don't have friends on your origin you just can't add anyone because there's no people in your list hahah. the best thing to play with friends is just talking with them with the origin chat to set a group and evaluate how many people can/want to play, and then one of them hosts the game and send invitations to the other 3 members.

this is the way we play together, always in private games since no one can join us unless we give them an invitation, and also none will try to expulse us off the group because we're friends and we agreed playing together to have some fun hahah


EDIT: to get kicked on the public games it don't depends only the rank, but also the way you play, I mean. when I had your rank I've played with people with 200+ rank on public and I didn't got kicked even if I died a lot on the game or not because I always tried to revive people..., and in the other half I played too with people with 20- rank and I never kicked nobody regardless how they played.

right now I have 194 N7 rank if I remember well and I play in public sometimes with people with 220+ rank or with people with far less my rank and I havn't had any kicking problem;).

I'm NOT TELLING YOU you're a bad player or something like that, don't misunderstand me, but I only tried to explain that if you don't help the group or the mission it's quite normal people tries to kick people back since they feel those players are useless. (of course there are also people who kicks others just for the fun, but I don't enter that kind of people)

Yeah singularity was a bugger for that. I remember once Liara's singularity sent some husks through the ceiling and then they were walking around on top of the ship.

So... anyone has any idea why Liara was glowing in biotic shades during the sex scene in ME3 but not in ME1 and 2? Or am I going crazy and she did have that glowy thing going on?

There was pink mist in ME1.  

I think it's just an artistic thing.  In ME1 they were all like, "Yeah, let's do a pink-misty thing to represent the melding!" and ME3 "I want her to GLOW!"

I thought it showed how much Liara wanted this. You know, she was so... hungry and trying to live that moment that she started to glow and/or using biotics to do kinky things. Like when she was pissed during the fight with Javik and started to glow...

I just think it was due to the the way the game was presented in ME1 as they had a one scene fits all. While in ME2 there wasn't much to see due to the fade to black in ME2 and in ME3 almost everyone got a different romance scene.

FemShep/Liara romance scene was exactly the same for Sheploo/Liara romance scene in ME3. Didn't even bother to make them different. Just threw FemShep in place of Sheploo and viola. It was copy and paste. Lazy.

Ohh those kinky biotics... No wonder people just looooves their asari.

I'm not saying I would like to see the uncut version of those sex scenes, but it would be funny as hell to hear someone mentions "biotic sex" to Liara and Shepard during the game lol

I believe they were the same. If you did the Ash/Sheploo or the FemShep/Kaidan one and then compared them to the FemShep/Liara one they were all the same. There are youtube video's out there for those two. It was as some have stated a pre-rendered cutscene.
