Wonderful work! So, where did all theis dialogue between Shep and Anderson come ffom? Was this from the pieces that were cut? Although I thought they weren't recorded. Or did you just piece it together from what was in the game?
Anyway ths is really nice and like balm on my still wounded heart.

This was wonderful and I wish BW would have done something really similar to it. And you know we all will watch the rest of it even with your telling us not too, its just human nature. If BW doesn't change the ending then this is so getting stolen for my headcannon.

EDIT: Been buying Vet packs like crazy but still haven't been able to unlock extra customization for my Asari Adept. Got one extra for my Vanguard but that is it.

I have a question. So my Shepard is faithful to Liara and I am on the best way to lock the romance in ME3. Now there's Traynor and I really like her as a pal. So when she offered the game of chess I was all for it because....yeah...I like her character.

The question is....is there ANY way to avoid the shower scene? That was more than awkward and I wanted to either scream that I am dating Liara or throw the holo-chess board into her face. I didn't try the renegade answer because I was too afraid it would lead to even more awkwardness.
Male Shep just gets the chess game and I would love to just get this, too.

The lack of an option to make it clear that my Shep is in love with Liara is disturbing! That and who showers with the door open?!

You can let her take a shower and then pick the "renegade" choice. Shepard just says that the other person is lucky and stuff and Traynor gets the message and then you proceed to having a game of chess. Or you can straight away choose the first "renegade" option and get straight to the chess game.

Reposted to death, cannot be proved unless the writer in question comes out and goes on record as saying that (impossible, the lawsuits alone would probably be deterrent), only tangentially related to Liara because it potentially means that the mighty few decided to screw over the masses, by forcing their narrow vision for an ending on everyone. And Liara is on Planet X, not even able to bury Shep, while the crew, who loyally stuck with Shepard to the end.... wait, that didn't happen, they all cut and run the moment Harbinger came. Load of ******. 

What used to happen when the standard bearer of a regiment went down? Someone else came along and damn well made sure that standard never fell. Not in modern times I suppose. But I am getting off track myself, so I'll stop.

Yes, the shower scene is all sorts of awkward for a Shep who's with Liara. But, the renegade option isn't as bad as it sounds. Really. Most of us are annoyed that we can't tell people to go away, Shep's with Liara, sort of a thing.

As far as I know about avoiding the shower scene... Lock in your romance with Liara before calling Traynor up? I don't know if the sequence of events allows for that, but... eh, I just wish Traynor luck with her hot date.

Ah that is what I was looking for. In my playthrough I let her use the shower and then just pretended to be totally oblivious about her not so hidden advances. I found that slightly offending because it seemed as if my Shep was too dumb to realize what was going on. <_<

I didn't dare to use the very first renegade option because it sounded even worse then letting her take the shower. But thanks...now I know 

At least the chess game was nice.

I am pretty convinced though that Traynor woke up the next morning with a nasty all-body-rash courtesy of the Shadow Broker. Liara used her extensive network to figure out that Traynor is highly allergic to eggplant and smuggled traces of it into her late night snack...yep...I'm sure that happened!

Anyway, on my FemShep playthrough, I never got the shower scene. Traynor just made the crappy faucet comment and moved onto playing chess. That might have been because she's a pure Renegade. Well, sort of. I couldn't shoot Mordin in the back and execute Falere.
