Yes, and while he is a much better poker player than Joker. He still gets soundly beat by Vega.

Well... Destroy ending does not actually destroy the Reapers, only deactivate them. Reapers can travel A LOT faster than regular ships, going from arcturus station, through the relay and hitting earth in several minutes, also their drive cores do not need to be discharged. These two points are the main reason why organics cannot FTL travel to most systems without the relays.  

If the organic races can salvage this technology then long distance travelling is again possible even without relays. And the knowledge to rebuild the relays can probably be obtained from the Reapers as well.

Right, that makes perfect sense. 

It doesn't I know, but even if it's false information (which I would not know of course) it gives me hope for now... allowing me to once again sit back in my chair and wait patiently...

If my brother accepts I'm just going to sell my copy of ME3 to him, at least then I'll get a bit of my money back; I'd feel even more cheated if I'd bought the CE, I'm so happy the whole GAME thing happened which forced me to buy a normal edition.

To me it was never a choice, Control sounds all well and good until you realize Shepard's will become some sort of reaper conciousness that lived 30 years as a human and then will proceed to live millions of years as a unembodied???? entity, without considering the implications of what that can do to your mind right away just try to imagine how will you be after existing for millions of years as a reaper? what is to stop Shep form loosing perspective and becoming the next harbinger or worse?

As for synthesis, ugh..this changes every being in the galaxy down to the last microbe, only 1% of the planets in the galaxy have been explored according to the Mass Effect codex, that means that 99% of the inhabitants of the galaxy woke up one day to discover they had been "enhanced" by a blue lightning storm that came from nowhere....ok...and if that is not enough what is stopping the synthesis people from making synthetics themselves to aid them with their day to day activities??, if they won't do it because they are more "advanced" (and so they know better) then it means you fundamentally changed peoples minds, and made something they where not, you changed everyone's very soul...all on the word of a self contradicting space ghost who created the very situation he wanted to prevent

So yeah destroy ending from me, I did not wanted to sacrifice the geth, I don't care about EDI that much since it is just one being, and like I sacrificed Ash to ensure the Virmire nuke wen't off I sacrificed EDI to destroy the reapers, but the Geth was though, they deserved better, I want my Shep to build a monument to their sacrifice if he makes it out of the rubble 

Those post by Jessica Merizan give hope since she would not be posting about that unless she was briefed on what she could and could not say so...here is to hope!

And I got shafted by GAME, but still steamed ahead to get a CE. It's part of my collection, but I will not look on my ME 3 CE with any sort of fondness.

If they're going to do a proper "Shepard lives" ending, they really better make sure it's available without playing MP.

Though I'm not killing the Geth even if it'll get Shepard back to Liara. Not for my canon, anyway. Elizabeth might go for Destroy when I get round to her.

edit:  I think Liara would be an extremely good poker player, at least after her time as an information broker.

I've said it on other places on the forums but I am against a new ending unless it replaces the current three. A new ending wouldn't fix the problems with the current endings, and that's what they should do, fix the current endings.

I would like to know how to get certain characters to appear during the ending. My first playthrough I had an LI Liara and Garrus, who were all I used that playthrough. Other playthroughs it was always Garrus and EDI. I know in the long run it doesn't matter who lives but seeing Garrus and Liara always makes me happy. Just as long as they stay off each other! That goes for Joker too.

Forgetting the fact Im a jealous SoB of picturing anyone but my shep with Liara...ill have to admit the concept of a Liara/Traynor romance could hold some untold promise...*rubs chin*   minus an omni tool

Actually one playthrough she just stepped out of the ship and on another her and Joker put there arms around eachother. Yeah I did three playthroughs, I won't let the endings ruin the rest of the game for me.

Nah. Only Liara/Kaidan or Liara/Miranda, and perhaps Liara/Ashley (but that would be more of a casual relationship).
