It contained a lot data on the Shadow Brokers dealings with the Collectors. Which Cerberus ends up getting.

AFAIK, you can't mod eyes, only the skin texture.

Didn't someone come out with a mod which fixed the "lazy-eyed" look that (apparently my) Shepard suffered from?  Or was that just my imagination?

Suspicions are like cancers that grow till the person with them sees and believes just what they want to see. Usually an inherent lack of trust suggests the subject cannot trust their own self and creats a self fullfilling prophesy. Jealous people wind up pushing away the people who care and cheaters usually get cheated on. If your Shepard was unfaithful to Liara then I suppose I can understand how you could suspect Liara might do the same but the way I see it Liara is the one person in the entire ME universe who Shepard can trust completely. The idea of Liara betraying Shepard just borders on absurd. Shepard was Liara's first. They melded and their relationship continued. Liara risked her life on the slimest of chances to rescue Shepard when everyone else had moved on. Liara was still in mourning even after Shepard returned. Liara is 100% bound and loyal to Shepard even to the extent of putting her own hopes and dreams second giving Shepard the option of choosing what direction their relationship will take. Her ties to Shepard are unwavering. I don't even think an indoctrinated Liara would betray Shepard. Liara is the one Shepard can always count on without question.

While those things are cute I would actually hope that the first meeting between Liara and Shepard in ME3 is pretty serious and not them joking and flirting with each other. Considering that Shepard had just escaped Earth (where he was on trial for genocide and were presumably going to be locked up forever or worse, executed) being destroyed by the Reapers.

I would imagine one of Liara's first reactions to seeing Shepard in ME3 would be "Thank goddes you're safe!".

Yeah, but this is Earth. I doubt anyone would care that an information broker from illium was almost assassinated, and then disappeared. Nor do they know she's the broker.

I'd also like to know why she doesn't try to help with your trial as the Shadow Broker.

Why would the Alliance care what goes on an asari colony?  And is in the Terminus Systems?

It wasn't just an attempt on her life. There was a council spectre and a bomb attack on a building filled with civilians. The Alliance might not care, but the council does. So Liara showing her face in public after LOTSB might not be the best idea.

Because somebody has to take the fall after what happend in Arrival.  Having a war starting between the Alliance and the Batarians would severely undermine the war effort. Liara might be able to protect Shepard, but sooner or later the Batarians wants the man responsible for the genocide or they will go to war.
