I don't think anyone is truely spending all their time trying to tear them apart. As much as I complain about the asnine ending, I do enjoy most everything else in the game...minus the horribad multiplayer. However, hack and chudson are the ones responsible for the ending. They locked the rest of the writers out of having any input on that segment, so I have no problem calling their bull**** out.

Also, we have no idea what the clarification-dlc will have...so it's not really safe to assume if we get anything related to our fave squadmates.

I never saw the reaper at palaven being an issue, is there any reason they couldn't have attacked it at the same time earth was hit?
And the Cerberus thingy, I was curious about that myself, but then I realised it had to have been Udina leaking the details.

I think you guys should realise by now that Cerberus is nothing more than plot-clay, they are whatever the plots needs them to be.

Whether that be a small but well-funded black-ops group or a new-world order that can go head to head with the 4 greatest super powers in the milky way. So do not bother bringing logic to Cerberus in ME3.

I don't really mind either of these issues, or how Cerberus was handled. In fact there are few plot-related things that I mind at all besides the ending. This discussion, however is off-topic. More Liara please!

All this blue baby talk and these adorable pictures have me thinking. For some reason I can't get it out of my head that their 1st born would have a genetically engineered lynx like Ozymandias' pet Bubastis.

So...you guys want some more Liara stuff? I think Kilshrek was getting a little frantic.

Third part of the fanfic, as I've repeatedly promised. Still concerned whether I've been able to do my ideas for this one justice with my writing but I can't keep delaying it forever and just tweaking and tweaking or you'll never get to see it. Heh.

A few notes beforehand:
- Similar to my previous work, this should be suitable both as an independent story and also in conjunction with the other short stories in this series. Its DESIGNED to be read with the others, but it doesn't have to be. It also should not interfere with anything that actually happens in ME1 and, indeed, calls back to a few conversations with other crewmembers that you may or may not be familiar with.
- Massive credit to Luxure and moreeman06 for doing editorial review for me on this.
- I actually thought this to be a little shorter than the others, but based on the word count its a little longer. Go figure. *shrug*
- Its set after Noveria and assumes you rescued Liara first and then went to Feros. Unlike the others it is NOT set directly after the romance conversation. Instead its split, with the majority of it set after you speak to Liara about Benezia and the last part set after the romance conversation.

A well thought-out answer? Well, good luck with that. The first half is motivated by how asari are portrayed in fanart (backed up by an image from HU's/HF's Oni), and the 2nd half is based on his misunderstanding of evolution stated as fact ("This means that Asari had to evolve this feature before they went to space" is just false).

Great job, just as before! Very believable. I have to say in my headcanon they moved slower than this, but I can easily see this working.
