The opposite of the talented fanfic writers that have been posting here. Marshall and Lightspeaker both yanked mantears out of me these past few weeks without resorting to borderline porn, especially Marshall's dancefic.

Speaking as a manly man with a femshep, the thing that appeals to me about Shepard and Liara is that they have a believable relationship. I like a bit of tasteful nudity as much as anyone, but a lot of the "fan" stuff you see makes you wonder what's wrong with some people.

^ This is what I was trying to say. It's because I predomintly play mshep (non-english), that I get annoyed with it. I find thoughts hard to put into english sometimes. I didn't mean for it to come across ofenssivly.

So...no further criticisms on the latest fic then? Ok, I'll take that as a good thing. As for thinking the pacing is too fast I think I'm going to have to say "forget it". Its my fic and I'm going with the timeline I inferred from ME1, not to mention I'm forced into a certain pace by how fast things actually move in the main plot. I don't want to rewrite and rethink everything, so the alternative would be for me to just stop writing entirely and I don't think people would be very happy with that.

As far as the whole new ending thing goes I'm holding back any judgement until I've actually seen it. If they fix it then they've redeemed themselves somewhat in my eyes. If they screw up more then its a simple case of just never buying their stuff again at least for the first few weeks so I can read the customer feedback.

@Yuqi: Yeah, it needs to be pretty low but IIRC you see your squadmates dead in that final scene if its low enough.

@Spartx9: This thread moves pretty quickly. The other day I had to go out in the evening so I couldn't fully catch up, only managed about fifteen pages. Next day I had a total of forty or fifty pages to go over.

Oh wow you're right! I didn't notice that actually. I think the little Asari nibbaling on his hair is the cuteest thing, that I've seen in a while.

knowing our lovely Blueberry is also a Pureblood and according Samara's words... do you really wanna have "lots ob blue babies"?? since this could be the trigger of having AY descendants for Shepard and Liara...

As far as I understood. A pureblood asari has a chance of carrying the AY gene, but not actually be an AY (as is Samara's case).

Now here is the confusion. We do not know if the AY gene carrier has to have a child with another asari, or if an AY can be produced with any mate. As far as I know, it is the former.

And frankly. What are the odds of Liara being an AY gene carrier?
