8 is Rana, 21 is one of the asari on Illium (can't remember her name).

Anyway,

17: The greeter on Illium I think.
21: Is the asari that get shot during Miranda's loyalty mission by the eclipse commando (who's name is captain Enyala?).
24 is the angry asari on the Citadel that is under suspicion for being a geth infiltrator and cannot get back to Thessia. Got ninja'd here!
