I would imagine they'd do something, talking about the Reapers all the time, regardless of the fact that they're in a war for their survival would wear down on anyone. I can definitely see joking that some may not find funny, but it would be a stress reliever for some.
They do seem to have playful banter...I like that.

I think Vaenia is a artistic indie movie with some rather tasy asari/female human sex scenes, judging that both Morinth (I do not think just simple porn is her type) and Joker have watched and likes the movie.
Yeah, I think that's right given the context it was used it.

Oh no. It's Vaenia. I remember that from a fanfic . Can't remember exactly which one but Jack was trying to get the video from Cmdr. Shepard's cabin to watch it with Miranda but she gave up after she saw the Commander and Liara have fun. She said something about how asari's scare the crap out of her ?
That's a fanfic? Sounds like fun.

My best bet is that they wanted to avoid a Human Revolution ending - where you could save before pressing the literal button that determined the ending.
I thought there was a save at the end of ME3 and you could replay with different choices?
Never tried it.

I'm pretty sure it autosaves literally when you're waking up in front of the beam, so as long as you don't do a bunch more stuff after the game ends you can keep going back to do that short section. *shrug*

Sure, but thay could at least have allowed us to save when talking to the squadmatesAlexMBrennan wrote...

I have a series of saves before each major conversation with Liara on my second playthrough so far, and then one of the best in the entire game is imppossible to re-experience without geing through over half that mission.

Yesterday I played the mission where you have to rescure Jacob and the Cerberus scientists.
I don't really like Jacop even if my Shepard thinks he is okay, when you talk with him in their medlab you can ask him about what he has been doing. At the end they Have a conversation that goes somewhat like this (paraphrasing):
J: I just wants to settle down, start a family.
S: Sure, I get that.
J: No, you don't. The Normandy is your real love.
S: Dosn't mean I don't want to say to hell withi it sometimes.
J: But you won't, you can't.
It really bothered me, particularly since Liara was standing right beside me.
Don't really know whether it was Jacop's insinuation that Shepard won't/can't start a family with Liara or the fact that Shepard just went along with it.
Normally I felt that the autorespone system works very well, but I really felt that there was missing an chance to say that you planned settling down afterwards, perhaps even mentioning Liara spefically or have her comment if she is the squad.

Jacob is the only squadmate in the entire series that I hate with the burning passion of a million suns, he was a douchebag and ME2 which was why I sent him to die in the Suicide mission since I knew he'd just say something stupid in ME3. Thankfully with him being dead the galactic order is restored.
As for that convo it's covered by the "Shepard is inflicted with writer-citis whenever she's around Jacob" the only cure is a 1000ccs of rocket applied to Jacob's face by Dr. Harbringer.

I can see why they would have wanted to avoid that but saving before pressing the button in Human Revolution and then choosing each option didn't actually allow you to see all the possible endings in one game. You could see the images/cut scenes and the hidden ending after the credits but the dialogue that Jensen said was different based on how you played the game so the endings weren't necessarily the same each time you played unless you played the game the exact same way every time. ME3 would be similar as well, you'll see most of the same images but some of them would be different based on how you played the trilogy and ME3 in particular because your EMS determines how bad/good (granted that's a relative term in this context) the ending turned out. So IMO it's annoying that they won't let me save before talking to Liara and receiving her "gift" so I can watch it again because the Shepard I'm playing won't be exactly the same as the next Shepard so their endings may be vastly different.

Kinky? It's not like Liara uses whips or anything, does she? Err.. Apples!
edit : Auto dialogue with Jacob, always a facepalm. Normandy, and not Liara? Another example of where the LI is invisible to everyone else. <_<

I think that's a byproduct from the romance (i.e., him dropping Shepard like a ton of bricks).
My Shepards don't care cuz he doesn't know them or what they want.
He's dead this current pt where I killed off half the ME2 team so I don't have to worry about it.

Well, I don't know if Liara is necessarily looking to settle down. If Shep isn't looking for little blue babies I'm pretty sure she'd be happy to carry on engaging in derring-do with Shep for another 50 years or so.
Shepard should be able to disagree with Jacob, though.
It does sound like she would want exactly that.
Though even if she doesn't want to settle down in 1 place and live in a nice house, just the two of them being together is all I need.

The way Liara controls Shepard in bed, considering how much badassery radiates from Shepard, yes, kinky.

I am getting tempted to have a playthruogh where he dosn't make it.
Strange I usually abhor killing squadmates just because I don't like them. I really disliked Jack in ME2, but I made sure she made it anyway and my opinion of her was improved in the third.
Jacob not so much

Yeah, I wouldn't take too much of what Jacob says in ME3 to heart. I got the impression that even if there was a romance, Jacob never was really on the same page as Shepard. It is unfortunate that there wasn't an interjection from (whoever) the LI is or a comment from Shepard, but the writing was ... odd for Jacob, I thought. Every conversation with him seemed off, so I'm personally not surprised that there weren't any conditional layers built in to his conversation tiers.
However, if that part got you down, cheer up. During the second part of that mission when you assign a squadmate to fix the control panel, (keep Liara free to fight with you) Shepard says something like "It's just you and me now, Liara," and something else encouraging. I remember thinking that it was a neat sound bite.
