way off topic - started a new L60 soldier run in ME2 just now and got to hear my favorite lines again. hale and hillis together are golden and they use so few words to my break my heart. i cant smile again till after horizon

I don't know about that song.  Shepard could play a bunch of different songs though.  Like Blue Moon.  I think that song fits my Shepard and Liara.

That would be interesting, we never actually had the chance to listen to asari music either.
I think Liara would be very much into human music, especially the "classic" 200 year old music
For some reason I think she would be very much into actual classical music, or pop.

Im wondering if the "techno" music that is played in clubs throughout both games is especially popular in the galaxy or if it's really just club music.

I think Liara could also show great interest in Mozart, Beethoven and so on.

I could see Liara coming to sit next to Shepard, sitting on a the bed or one of the couches in the Captain's cabin on SR2, and just saying, "I'm here," as she embraces Shepard, with a fade to black.

If Hannah is going to die I think she should have a scene together with Liara (or atleast where they have talked through radio or something). Would make Liara's effort to comfort Shepard seem (even) more genuine.

I have the bad feeling that we will never see Hanna Shepard...My Canon FemShep is also Spacer but I got suspicious about Hanna when I received her Mail in ME 2. Hanna herself is upset that Shep didn't inform her about her being alive so it came to my mind that Bioware doesn't even think about her a bit as beeing important for Shep.

I really hope we will see her in ME3 or that she will be part of the story in some kind of way but I don't really see it.

I think the Spacer/Ruthless/Earthborn subplots were discontinued after ME1, althought it pains me to say so, I think it would have made an interesting subplot

If it IS continued in ME3, I think a drammatic death, and a comforting scene between Shep and his LI (Liara obviously ) would be definitely a great addition to the game.

On a seperate note, Liara doing a Paragon interrupt and hugging Shepard. MAKE IT HAPPEN BIOWARE!

Let's see. Shepard is famous and infamous throughout most of citadel space and parts of the terminus. Shepard's family is alliance to the core, Hannah included. Now Hannah's son/daughter is put on a show trial for betraying the Alliance and mass murder of 300.000 batarians (granted any alliance soldier who was there at the time of elysium or other batarian attacks against humanity won't care about the batarian part). I think there's a very strong chance for Hannah to want to be there. Only reason she will not be there is if the ship she's serving on is on patrol at the time and she can't get leave to go to earth.

I also think there's a good chance for Hannah to die. Whatever ship she's serving on (can't remember which she serves on in ME2) will probably be called to defend earth or other places, which will result in the ship being destroyed by the reapers.

You got messages from those you interacted with in ME1 when it came to Shepard's background.  Spacer Shepard got a message from mom.  She did sound disappointed a little.  But I also think she is very proud of her child.

Earthborn got an email from the Reds guy, you talked to near Chora's Den.  He said his brother was on either Horizon or Freedom's Progress.  He wanted Shepard to make those that took him pay.

And Tabitha the Mindor survivor sends a message to say thanks to Colonist Shepard.  

So I really don't think they've ditched that.  I hope they finish that arc as well.

Well there a very social species so  I would guess it would be something up beat that promotes interaction or it might be similar to the music you first hear when meeting Samara in ME2? But that's just me guessing lol.

I will be extremly pissed off if they kill Hannah, I choose that background to have finally a hero with parents.

They said ME3 will be more funny, so what's more funny than meeting a blue girlfriend and her awesome father.

I would be very disappointed if they did that too.  I'll take the Garrus view when it comes to people dying during ME3, expect the worse and maybe I will be pleasantly surprised. 

That would be fun.  Having Shepard parents meeting with Liara and Aethyta.  We only know about mom, Hannah.  Nothing about dad Shepard.  Is he even still alive?  What does he do within the Alliance?  I have questions that I may never get the answer to.  What would their reaction be to their kid dating an asari?
