Possibly.

Perhaps the more balanced your P/R is the more white the light will become, but if it is biased then it will become blue or red?

I don't think it takes anything other than the hard precentage into account, Colleen was 90% Paragon and 10% Renegade and it was the same colour as yours.

I refused spectre status in ME2 and never hanged up on the council in ME1 and I never got this dialog. It must be tied to whether or not you hanged up on the council in ME1.

Yeah you've got to hang up on them all the time to get that, my Paragon only hung up on them once. The Renegade hung up after nearly every conversation, so they very well could have been exacting revenge.

Later Joker will also tell Shepard "You want to me to call the Council and hang up on them? You know for old time's sake."

I refused spectre status in ME2 and never hanged up on the council in ME1 and I never got this dialog. It must be tied to whether or not you hanged up on the council in ME1.

I'm guessing that you have to hang up on them, but keep them alive. The only playthrough where I constantly hung up on them ended up with them being blown up with the Destiny Ascension.

So sad I will never get this on my Canon-Shep since I destroyed Maelon's data. Wrex disliked my Shepard for the most part.

I wanted a great Liara/Wrex moment since ME2.
In my first playthrough I missed a lot because of Maelon's data. Funny enough, it was the one decision in my ME-marathon, which took me 5 minutes to make up my mind. Gibbed ftw.

Oh Kumquat's has got a soft spot for poetic Krogan.....  If she is related to Wrex though that means that Wrex would actually be the kids uncle/great uncle i guess

normal this is my formula :

85 % Paragon \\ 15 % Renegade

75% Paragon \\ 25 % Renegade

75 % Renegade \\ 25 Paragon

50 % Paragon \\ 50 % Renegade

60 % Paragon \\ 40 % Renegade

in determiate circumstances, determinate enemies, charecter my Shepars take different decisions.
