It was hard enough seeing Liara walk off the Normandy when she visits if you tell her you  don't know why they are bothering.  Forget what the actual line said.  Been too long since I did that and I only did it once.    After seeing Liara's reaction then, no way would I want to break her heart in ME3.

It's been three years since the ME1.  Shepard was dead for two of them and stuck on Earth for six months.  Liara didn't go with Shepard on the mission against the collectors, so when have they actually spent any real time together?   (No headcanonning it)

Plus you have to take into account, you can start a new romance with Liara in ME3. 

In game, they've been together twice.  Once before Ilos and again when you invite Liara to the Normandy.    And every romance from either ME1 or ME2 acts like Liara does with Sheaprd.  They ask if Shepard still wants to be in a relationship with them.  Tali takes a break up well and so does Jack.  Miranda from my understanding does not, but she does take it well in ME2.

Those of us who romance Liara, got more from that romance than any of the others.  So we really have no room for complaining.  Seriously, we don't.

I agree with you that we don't really have much to complain about when it comes to the Liara relationship in ME3. We got more content than the other relationships and a lot more of Liara in general just because she is the only previous squadmate who is alive for every Shep. I certainly wouldn't have minded more of Liara because I love her to pieces and there can never be too much Liara for me but I certainly wouldn't complain.

Shepard and Liara really haven't spent a lot of time together when you think about it, and even though they have essentially been together since ME1 this was actually the first time their romance felt like a romance the whole game because honestly, before LotSB I had to create moments in my head to make them feel like a real couple. Plus, I think it says a lot about how comfortable with the relationship Liara is now after the LotSB "date" that we got a sweet moment like the flatterer scene, which IMO totally didn't need anything other than the kiss on the cheek Liara gave Shep. If we look at Liara in ME1 and how reluctant she was to actually start the relationship and how scared she was of how strong her feelings for Shepard were did anyone honestly think we'd ever see Liara in game be so casual in showing her affection outside of a we might die tomorrow scenario or the I can't believe you're really here and alive reunion kiss? Honestly, I wasn't sure we would ever see the two of them acting like a  couple but the writers actually gave us some moments this time where they felt like a couple.

Yeah, Liara's just a very private person and I think she becomes moreso aftter becoming the Broker.  She's just not publicly affectionate in general (and it's not just with Shepard but her good friends too...no bro-hugs from her).  I mean, she didn't even show that much towards her mother while she was dying.

So be honest, when it hit you in the face that you knew Shepard had a very high percentage chance of dying (I had suspicion when they threw that line "im always coming back" into LotSB, my exact words when I read them on the dialogue wheel was 'BW, you bastards!  Don't do it!")... did it bother you to continue the romance?  Delving into the romance and feeding the hopeful bittersweet fantasy of a blue tinted future knowing that Shepard would probably never deliver...(yea i fell into the dream..it hurt, and now my ''canon'' shep is dead because of the inability to multiplay with a majority of my time, no ipad, lack of gibbed, and bugs preventing me from reaching 4000EMS)

Or maybe JLB is right and Liara just wants to be damn sure Shepard is serious.  I like JLB's better.  Lets go with that.

i complete 1 mons ago ME3 whit 7300... ems point whit my canon Female Shepard Spacer \\ War Hero \\ full Paragon, and i choose Distruction,

theWar Asset Point have only no more 100 ems form multy player, i promoted only one class from the multy to the single mode in the base game.

I'd say it's a combination of both.  Liara's aware that either of them might die at anytime and she's already lost Shepard once.  I think even outside of wartime that Liara would be reluctant given her personality.  She reminds me of myself...I'm reluctant to enter relationships until I make sure things are 'just right' and I'm perfectly fine waiting for that b/c I don't mind being alone while others hate that and enter into relationships just to be in them.

Promoting a MP players nets 75 war assets per character promoted.  The more you promote the higher the EMS for it will go.  I've promoted four so far and my war asset number is 300.  I have two more ready if they do another N7 weekend were they want us to promote characters.  Until then, I'll keep them at level 20.

I still go back in forth with my tool femShep who did cheat on Liara with Garrus then broke it off with him in ME2, but since you can pick which file, I'm tempted to end it with Liara because that Shepard is on an offline account and I don't think I'll be getting the EMS to 4000.  If Shep has to die, I'd rather have Garrus as the LI than Liara.  

Sounds weird I know.

There was a discussion yesterday about the prothean sphere. I just picked it up. Cerberus is analyzing the data the sphere sent out not the sphere itself. They did say the sphere is harmless.

Heh, if I wasn't such a poor artist that wouldn't be a bad thing to draw some of.

Maybe I'll give drawing a go again sometime though. Lately when I've been trying to do arty things they've always been on computer and I've been obsessed with accuracy. But looking at some of the ME art you can do some really nice stuff with some really simple principles and clean lines.

You should kill Wrex and try playing with Grunt. I first killed Wrex by mistake and was very sad to do so but in ME2 when I recruited Grunt I was happy I did. From the post, I would say I doubt it.  But when was Wrex ever whiny?  I don't remember that I finished ME1 the other day.  All Wrex does is tell Shepard about the genophage and how it is slowly killing his people.  I don't think that is whining.  

Grunt is a good squadmate to have, but Wrex is much nicer to Liara than Grunt.  Wrex seems very happy that Liara is with him on the shuttle ride to Sur'kesh.  I'd rather have the krogan being led by Wrex than Wreav.
