I have to agree, while there are dozens of non-romance scenes that are wonderful that one really sat well with me, the way she delivers both the lines. in the "I wish you told me Shepard" Liara really sounds distraught over her friend/partner's emotional pain.pacer90 wrote...
And my favourite non romantic scenes have mostly been said, but I really should mention the scene in ME3 where Shep checks out the Cerberus console about his/her reconstruction and Liara says "I knew it was you the moment I touched you"
I b'awwweddd hard.

You know, the first couple of times I really liked that tummy pic... Now it just creeps me out.
I worked out it's because it "de-Asaris" her, basically reduces her to a body part.

Found this one as well that I rather liked.

@RubyNorman, I like the concept so far and I'm not sure if you got my PM (my internet connection has been really wanky today and I'm not sure if the message actually sent) but I need to know if you meant it as a story or script before sending you the edits on grammar and formatting.

Both awesome pics.
On the non-romance dialogue thing...no love for the spontaneous Virmire line? "I don't know which is worse: the geth or the sand in my...nevermind."

One exchange that didn't happen in the game that I enjoyed writing involved Garrus:
Garrus (after dropping the Geth ship on Feros): Was it good for you?
Shep: Eh, I've had better.
Liara: (blinks in confusion): Wait, what did you mean, 'was it good for you?'

If I talked about Mass Effect in a bar they'd propably throw me out... or if not by the staff, then my friends would do that.

No, because quite frankly the whole movement is getting way out of hand. Sad to say Retake/holdthe line has become the joke at my local bar.
Patron 1 "Oh no my vodka is too red!!I I must retake more from the bar."
Patron 2"Hold the line, mate!!"
Others LOLOLLOL
I think the point is that it's not Liara, it's just blue skin. Atleast I see it just as... well, skin.CDHarrisUSF wrote...
Are we looking at the same picture? Do you think this (equally NSFW) is also tasteless?

People, come on! I agree the Retake/Hold The Line movement isn't as organized as it should be, but at least we're doing something that matters. We HAVE to do this. There IS no other way. Some say retakers are in denial - guess what - YOU'RE in denial. Mass Effect 3's ending HAS TO BE CHANGED. Got it? It has. To be. Changed. For Liara. Headcanon is only a mediocre and temporary satisfaction - we need a real change. And now when we actually have a plan for an action you ridicule it? This pisses me off so much. This is why humanity has failed whenever something actually happened - we don't dare. We're cowards. Now just for one second, ignore that. I admit that I'm a coward, but I've decided to give >amount of f*cks: 0< about it. I'm doing this. Join me if you have any personal integrity left. Freak's sake...

@Shinobu: Why dont you use Liara model in ME2, ME3 for the banner and poster, not that I complain but.. well I'm complaining. Just kidding
I will try to support this, but "do not login BSN forum" on SundayIt's gonna be hard.

lol, I feel kinda lucky I know so many people who play Mass Effect, I can talk to them as much as I want about it. Though tbh nowadays it's pretty much just me raging about Space Hitler

Thank you for your support, but please stay polite. Everyone is entitlted to their opinions on the matter and if they don't want to struggle any more we can hardly blame them. It's not like the fanbase has been very encouraged by Bioware's responses so far. I will keep trying to drum up support.
