Appopos of nothing has anyone seen Kilshrek or Jlb these last few days?

Not seen Kilshrek in a little while surprisingly. I was expecting more activity given that he finished up a piece of work he was doing but ho-hum.

Thanks and so so
true! You make it so clear that it really does happen all the time. My
only issue is that I find it very hard to believe that one person is
capable of writing a blog that is that in depth everyday! ;) Really
good! Thanks! :)

Hah, I did the "every day" thing with blogging for a week. It was fun but I got exhausted. Now I just write when the mood takes me, but I tend to be kinda distracted by fanfic writing of late. ;)

That's perfectly fine! Better to write only when the inspiration strikes you and you have something interesting to say, than to force something out because you feel you have to meet an arbitrary deadline.

I've actually got a backlog of possible articles to write, it's just finding one that really jumps out and that I feel like blogging, hah.

Alright guys and girls I am off to bed, see yeah tomorrow Image IPB.

But I though I would leave something blue in my abscence:
Little Blue Baby
Image IPB
Little Blue Child
Image IPB
A bit of Blue Love
Image IPB
Despite how sad the scene is and how much I wanted to comfort her I cannot help but admire how beautiful her eyes are in this scene.

And some blue comforting after the final battle

Kudos again, Akernis!!

The first picture: I thought Liara was a ghost because she looked a bit transparent.

The second picture: This evokes a bittersweet feeling, I like the colors... it's very vivid. It's as alive as the emotions the picture wants to convey.

Hey so since Luxure is off to bed I'm gonna offer it up there again but does any one want to have a sneak peek at my latest fic, It's a series of vignettes connected together about Liara and Sheps relationship through all three games, and I'm working pretty fast on it because i want to get it up for a contest on DA but i could use someone else to tell me how they think it flows,  I'll PM anyone who wants to give it a shot, so far I'm only up to starting LOTSB and I'll give you guys whatever i have ready if you answer.

I'd offer but you already know I prefer not to read other Liara/Shep fanfics whilst I'm working on my own. Not to mention I'm probably off to bed soon. Sorry. :(

If it comes to tomorrow though and you're desparate for someone I'm willing to help out.

Edit: "Soon" being "right now". Didn't realise its nearly 4am. Blue dreams, everyone.

I noticed that too. It's really strange, too. Why do her eyes stand out so much there, more than pretty much any other scene? It makes me uncomfortable because I shouldn't be thinking about how good she looks when she's so distraught like that, but I mean, it reminded me of how when I first started LotSB back in ME2, the first thing I noticed was the shine they put in her eyes to make them stand out, especially compared to how dull her eyes were in vanilla ME2.

And her eyes *already* have a shine to them in vanilla ME3, so that they stand out in this one scene compared to even *that* is impressive. I just don't...bleh. I don't get why there though.

This was a really good image, and very well put together. Except Asari blood is purple! A minor nitpick though, it's a pretty powerful image. It's really bittersweet because of how beat up they are, yet it's a triumph, too cause they won in this.

artists says the red blood isn't Liara's, transfer from shepard probably ...you can hardly tell but i think the stuff on the head fringe is indeed purple (or wine). Been awake for the past 72 hours so my eyes may just be playing tricks on me.

Yeah, that's probably the case actually. The cuts on Liara's forehead and tentacles there do look like they are bleeding purple, but I assumed it was just a lighting trick and they were supposed to be red cause of the red patch on her cheek.

At any rate, it'd be an understandable mistake to make...even ME3 gets that wrong. I'm pretty sure there's not a single Asari bleeding purple in the game, they all bleed red. Strange only really because Mordin bleeds green, so they remembered Salarians don't have red blood at least.

Ok so my fic is up, big thanks to Luxure and Yesika :) (see i shortened it this time) for looking over the parts i gave them (I hope i didn't run off and start ranting on the parts you didn't get to see), although i still have some more i would like to add and edit i ran out of time for the contest i was entering it in so it is what it is.  I'll update it another day but I just put in 6+ hours of straight writing for this basically so I'm done for today.  Either way i hope you enjoy

The title is "Then and Now Liara/Shep" mostly because i couldn't think of a good title right now and also to make it easier for the admins at the Bioware Fan Club to know what its for.

Hope you guys enjoy and remember critiques and comments are welcome.:)

I agree the cuts on top of her head look more maroon then me and probably have a different color due to the lighting.  or i could just be going crazy from having stared at a computer all day

I'm curious to know, as to what scene are you two actually referring this image to? Is it the "Gift" scene in the endgame, or some other?

Oh also, hi I'm TheCrimsonSpire and I have just recently convinced myself after all these years, that I am completely and utterely infactuated with Liara T'soni, and I thought I could join this illustrius fan-club

It's from the scene in her room, after Thessia, where she's just completely distraught and broken up. Shepard can say something to her, and she'll look up at him like that, from crying.

It's actually a really powerful scene, for Liara's part, not so much Shepard's, and it just - it feels wrong to glorify her looks there. Her eyes do stand out, but man it's a tragic, sad scene! Not one to spend admiring her...**** though what I would've given for a paragon interrupt to comfort her when she looks up at Shepard like that.

Pretty sure that scene is from post-Thessia, when her eyes tear up.  "My people are dying by the millions!"  I agree that her eyes looked incredible in that moment.  Too bad it came at such a terrible time.

And welcome to the club!

Oh ok now I reckognize it! The stary lanscape background was really throwing me off, so I assmued it was the gift scene. Thanks for clarifying, and yes it was a really powerful and emotional scene. It's a shame I never had the opportunity to hug her though.

Dat face looks like it needs one <3

"Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former"

And the always popular "haters gonna hate."

Also.  Sucks to be them.  :P  More Liara for me.  Their hate wont make them feel any better in the long run and in the end gets them nowhere and nothing.

A best friend is willing to put up with things that are Shepard's fault. Which... is almost everything. Especially when it comes to cars!

And occasional crabby threads.
