Nope, I'm right there with you. She died in combat plenty of time in ME1 so seeing her die in battle is nothing.

The only thing that bothers me is that I think Bioware put it in the vid to feed some of her haters who want her dead.


Maybe she keeps her plot armor and that's all they'll get ^_^

You know what's funny? All I did was use a camer to take that these pictures! No need for a capture card when I got this nifty piece of equipment. :D

I'm planning on making another playthrough of ME and ME2 because I want a Garrus-romance but I don't trust myself with Liara on Board. I never played ME without romancing Liara so I'm not really looking forward to telling Liara that I don't want to be with her :unsure:.



OMG I just re-read what I just posted, I sounded like an idiot xD 
Anyways why not just make a new shepard and not talk to Liara at all? Breaking her heart is not a good idea, I use a male shep so I am not temted to romance anyone else besides Liara so I'm safe when it comes to "virtual romantic involvment" ;)

Sadly that's not an option, I want to make the perfect playtroughs for ME3, my canon FemShep with Liara and another FemShep with Garrus. And to make the perfect playthrough, I need to make Liara one of my best friends :happy:.

I see her and Garrus the only constants in Sheps life so they are always very close to Shep.

the dark lipstick makes a real difference, the extra contrast makes her features pop. the new skin tone works for me too, much better than the LotSB pale blue. maybe the white dots are like grey hair from stress, who knows. i like it

the old mass effect look reminds me of when blonds wear pale makeup and their features get lost

I'm surprised one of the devs on Twitter hasn't mentioned whether getting attacked by an Atlas kills your squadmate permanently or not (I'm going not as it would cause a lot of complications but confirmation is always nice)

Also, did anyone ever get a high-res copy of Liara's alt costume with the collector's edition? It always looked to me like she had her LotSB head on that

not high resolution pic but it looks very white to me. To be honest, I much rather use the blue and white armor Liara already has.

Ok so I found a zoomed in look. It would appear that the alt costume at least, features a much more LotSB styled Liara. So maybe that will make a comeback after all (or you have to buy the Collector's Edition which would be evil from BioWare...)

medi gel fixes everything. they probably threw in that animation so we could see another way the atlas mech can attack w/out puttin shepard inside. shame it had to be liara tho, i doubt deaths like that are permanent

You're right :o it looks just like LotSB! But they'll change that soon enough.
The Collector's Edition is only 80 dollars X3

Like I say if you miss out On The Collector's Edition you miss out on The DLC. I hate it when people **** and complain they didn't get the Items because it were CE Exclusive only. Yes there will be other DLC too weather you like it or not. I'm very happy about it, I already reserved it. To Me Liara looks wonderful, beautiful, amazing, exciting and great better than before. I just hope well you know, I hope Bioware don't take out anything. I hope we too get to customize our squad like in Mass Effect 1.
