Well she already has the facial markings, those cute lil freckles and eyebrows but anywhere else on her body it wouldn't bother me at all. The heavy pigment markings that councillor Tevos has I'm not a big fan of but I love Aria's facial marks.
Also because of Rae's detailed description of Liara's body in her work I could picture Liara's privates looking something like what's in the picture here.

I actually like that a lot. A subtle exotic look; makes her look a little more alien. But its also beautiful, and adds another uniqueness to her. She's already got the little purple and white freckles on her face and head, so its not a stretch. I like it a lot. 

(Although the picture seems obviously photoshopped as her head looks too big)

You know, I've never liked that image that much. I find it a bit...tacky. That underwear she's taking off just looks so out of place. And personally, I'm just not a fan of "paste character floating in space" images like that - and her face is so hidden by shadow.

So, I never really noticed the markings. I mean, I saw them, but I didn't know that's what they were. I thought it was just weird textures or imaging left over from when the image was made.

Now that I've taken a closer look at it, I like the markings. Not so much as they are portrayed there - it looks kindof awkward the way they are placed, but the concept of body markings on Asari is a neat one I like. They have facial markings and such, so why not?

Edit - And yes, the image is an obvious photoshop so it loses some of the allure it could've had.

Haha yes, this was just an example pic. I don't have the artistic ability to make my own pic to show you what I meant so I picked this one. Maybe some other fine artist would like to perfect liara with body markings?
Completely forgot that liara's "eyebrows" were facial markings.

As for the Indoctrination theory, I never really cared for it. It always seemed like they were desperatly grasping at straws.

I wonder who made the pic you posted? That same artist could probably refine that concept into better images than that.

It's kindof interesting that I've never seen anyone else at all seem to consider body markings for Asari. Even Rae, for as much as she explores the Asari, doesn't seem to use that concept.

Though, that could just be due to her focus on Liara. The games show us enough of Liara to know that she doesn't have any markings like that.

For anyone whose into a good ole fashioned love triangle involving Garrus/Liara/Femshep I stumbled across this a little while ago - it's not bad, updates are erratic is all.  It is a little M18ish, it's not porn.

Off topic: If Bioware are going to release an Aria dlc please please please, I would love to take Liara along with my Shep just to hear what Liara thinks of the queen of Omega. For example if Aria condescendingly referred to Liara as Shep's pet if you are romancing her what would her reaction be?

Liara could mention some interesting private info she has on Aria that's news to us, Liara could use her contacts to hit targets for Aria, track Cerberus movements so many possibilities. That dlc would be pretty sweet, my two favourite asari working side by side to take back Omega.

I would like to have additional romance dialogue and scenes to continue my relationship with Liara in DLC. I know they have DLC planned, and I would love to spend more time with her. I really loved the LOTSB scene. And though that was purposely for us who romance Liara, I still would love to be able to continue my romance with her on other various missions.

Whether its just short touching scenes like on Mars, or a full blown conversation post mission or something. Anything that adds to the relationship would be wonderful. It can only get better.

Dragon's Teeth isn't my cup of tea (though it is good), I'll second Pressure. It's turning into something I honestly didn't expect at the beginning. Nice fic there.

REally? I really like Into the Dragons teeth  it's an intresting fic.

Pressure  is different because it's from the perspective of a Shepard ,who realizes she is in-fact in love with Liara, in ME3. I reccomend it to everyone.

I believe that "I Was Lost Without You" was written just for Shepard and Liara - it's just so... fitting - the music and the title. It's just so full of emotion and feelings that correspond to what I believe Shepard and Liara feel for one another. They were lost without each other. I tend to think of it as their theme.
