Can be that they just dont yet, asking about the developing time if i understood right the design department should be finish by november-december

Seeing today more videos i have to say that all characters shown so far look much older: Sheploo, Liara, Anderson, Ashley. It seems the graphical engine is improved and could be the reason, if they plan on switch textures based on that who knows.
Also saw today that Liara in the xbox looks like she has a worst quality texture than the one i saw in PC, by a big difference. The photo we have so far of her is the xbox version btw.

Lets just hope for the best while they work on it... i would be happy if they keep her Lotsb face at the end

I would prefer if they left the LotSB look as well.  Like I said, they know what they want each character will look like and what the reasons are for those changes, but I didn't mean to sound they were done.  I am fairly certain they will be completely done by the end of the year. 

What I meant was they know how each character is going to look.  They keep changing the way Liara looks after redoing her look for the DLC is a HUH?!?!  moment to me.

In my opinion Liara is the only viable romance option in the ME trilogy. After the ensuing conversations from her rescue in ME1 I for one cannot bring myself to reject her, Liara is just too honest, intelligent, genuine, trusting and beautiful in every sense of the word from the start and all of these attributes subsequently grow as the relationship develops. In ME2 where it was possible to consider the meeting on Illium as casting a shadow of doubt upon the relationship it was also an opportunity to consider that Liara was experiencing some emotional crisis regarding Shepard's return to life and for me caring involves some degree of support, not bailing out because that just seems selfish. The way I see it Liara has grown to be Shepard's equal not just in role but also in person. She's got nothing to proove, has no big issue she needs to resolve and actually cares for Shepard as a person. In short there is no other, Liara is perfect for Shepard.
As far as her physical appearance is concerned she's still Liara no matter what the devs do to her.
I do like the matron stage idea though as an indication of what I'm hoping will occur after the Reapers are beaten.

Liara would probably understand because she is kind, cute, awesome and clever. Miranda would be pissed on the other hand.

Not sure actually.  I would say if you don't break it off with Miranda and Liara's picture is down not up, there could be problems.

We don't know yet.

I think that scene is the only one where I liked Benezia. She had so much more potential for being a good second-in-command for Saren and to perhaps also grant Liara a good emotional scene when she dies. But she just winded up being shoved in to give Liara an emotional stake in the story for the sake of it.

I've always wondered. Is T'Soni Benezia last name or Liara's father's(Aethyta) last name. It seems that once they hit Matriarchal stage, they drop the last name.

I'm assuming T'soni is Benezia's last name. (Benezia T'soni)

If Benezia really didn't want Liara to know about her "father", then she would've changed the last name. If Liara wanted to, she could just search the name "T'soni" and find her father.

I always take Liara with me to Noveria but I still feel the scene is not very good. It did not also help that Marina Sirtis, Alis Hills, Mark Meer and Jennifer Hale all did a bad job in terms of voice acting. Couple it with ME1's wooden animations and you got a scene that had me cringe and then laugh instead of shedding a tear.

And while I liked how Liara dealt with it back on the Normandy. I still feel that we could see more of it. The game could have used it to explore Liara and Benezia both as characters.

Hopefully if Bioware decides that Aethyta is Liara's father. They will have her talk about Benezia. That way Benezia as a character has been vindicated now that her character has served a decent purpose.

I can't help but wonder how difficult it would be to clean the insides of those head folds once they get all chocolatey.

If such a thing is part of ME3, it has to be in a Liara related assignment. That said, I expect Liara to ask these sorts of questions because frankly, what happened between Aethyta and Benezia is none of Shepard's business. So I'd like a short scene between Aethyta and Liara after Liara (presumably) finds out about her in the shadow broker database with Aethyta confirming that Liara is her daughter. Liara then asks a few things about why it didn't work out between Benezia and her. 

As a nice touch, if Liara and Shepard have been in a romance since ME1 it'd be awesome if Aethyta noticed the connection between the two, says Liara picked an interesting partner but also feels it was a good choice. Since Aethyta is known to be straightforward and blunt, her saying: "If both of you survive this war, I hope you're happy together" would really make me smile.
