Very nice video, Andoth... though, I can't help feel slightly put out by the fact that no one's ever used a Phil Collins love ballad. I mean, the guy made a fortune off of those cheesy, 80's love songs. XD

I mean, really. Groovy Kind of Love. Everyday. Don't Lose My Number. One More Night. It's In Your Eyes. Something Happened on the Way to Heaven. He's got a million of them! And the ones I listed exclude the ones from his time with Genesis!

But anyway...

Oh Phil Collins. Such a memorable 80s pop ballad guy.
His time fronting Genesis was....alright. I preferred their prog stuff, but I can't hate the success they got later on that led me to their earlier stuff.

Can't leave our Peter Gabriel's solo stuff either. He had some decent singles as well(not as many as Collins though).

I think it is an amazing picture thought there is something subtle about the face that I think is slightly off. She is missing her freckles, her crest is not as light as normal and her eyes don't appear to be their beautiful blue, perhaps it is just that. Though it is an astounding piece nonetheless IMO.

Beautiful picture Akernis, although Liara doesn't really look like herself in here. Her face does not look identical and she misses her freckles, but it's still a very good picture.

That is awesome, though I do agree that it looks more like a random Asari than Liara. I'm not an artist myself but it seems like accurate facial features must be very difficult to pull off.

It’s nothing subtle, the entire face is unlike Liara’s. Wonderful piece, though.

Humans are exceptionally good at recognizing faces. That’s why faces are so ‘hard’ to draw — they’re not actually any harder, we just notice the errors better than in essentially anything else. A hand with 8 fingers is less noticeable to a human than a face with one nostril slightly smaller than the other.

I personally don’t like reading anything but one-shots on dA. The inability to move from one chapter/part to the next is unforgivable. Maybe they’ll fix that one day.

What bothers me most is the inconsistent representation of Femshep. Broshep always looks the same...regardless of trailer or ingame or boxart....and Femshep? Taken the boxart Femshep as the "default" one after all that choosing and voting and whatnot I didn't even recognize the one in the official Femshep trailer (haircut and face and makeup were totally different). Ingame-Default Femshep looks totally not alike any of these two that came before and generally looks a bit off. It just feels as if Bioware couldn't decide what to take in the end and then went with a weird inbred version of Femshep. Sad, sad story 

well, as long as Liara looks good, right?

OT. Frankly I'm actually looking forward to March 5th 2013. Because the newly revamp Lara Croft launches on that date. I just watched a interview and they say it's story driven, no MP but possibilities of DLC. It's looking good so far. I just hope there's no damn final boss fight, I'm not exactly fond of the LC boss fights.

Time for a new fanfic of my Thessian series! It's called Where You Belong, and I want to once again thank Aristobulus for all the help he provided during the making of this story - his insight, ideas, thoughts and suggestions - thank you so much!

As most of you probably know the Shepard/Liara stories I usually write are AU, taking place about a year after the defeat of the Reapers where the StarChild/Colored explosions/Plot holes/Normandy running away and all that fun stuff has not happened.

It's just one more glimpse of Shepard and Liara's life on Thessia, their relationship and the new wonders of the planet that Shepard gets to see during a trip they have together amidst the nature of the asari homeworld.

Thank you if you take the time to read it, and I'd love to hear your thoughts as always!

‘They’ are two different groups of people, but please don’t let that get in the way of your ranting.

The concept art does look like a 15-year-old. Still, there’s just no resemblance there in the in-game model. Someone in the laz thread made a properly aged version.

One of these days I’ll actually get to your stories, Theodoro… I’m only halfway through my Thessia definitions since the languages took longer than I thought, and I don’t want a ‘contamination’!

Although based on the few opinions on here, I think I’m going in a less symbiotic/eco-paradise direction anyway
