I really think the guilt about handing Shepard over to Cerberus was not really adressed,, it only comes up if you did not get the "I couldn't let you go". Otherwise LOTSB does not really bother to focus on that one aspect.
Dialogue between Miranda and Liara should have been a given in ME2 IMO. Another thing that always bothered me in ME2 is how Shep never questioned what Cerberus did to his/her body, I know if that was me I'd hound Chakwas to run every test imaginable on me, what they did was unnatural, I would want to know what they put in me:blink: I loved the cabin scene with Liara and Shep but perhaps more dialogue could have been added so both could express how they feel about Shepard's return. Does it bother Liara that what they did to Shepard was unnatural, should there have been some doubt in her mind if Shep could really love her again after Lazarus? Would this guilt of handing over Shep's body to Cerberus cause her to fear that what they had before would be over as Shep would resent her? I know when she tells you how Cerberus got your body you could forgive her or yell at her but it could have been fleshed out more.:whistle:On the other hand could Shepard see Liara truly falling into his/her arms again, would Shepard fear that he/she is now a strange hybrid, how could Liara love what Shep has become? Dialogue from both on these issues would have been interesting and understandable, both would have alot of questions no doubt. Although I like how they addressed that in ME3 when she puts Shep's mind at ease that she knew it was really Shep the first time she touched him/her again:wub:
