It's fine if you prefer Renegade yourself, but you make it
out like the romance between a Paragon Shepard and Liara is something
childish and superficial, and I just can't agree with that at all.

Why not? True love and kindness is for fools and only exist in fairytales!

But seriously. Aside from the renegade path on the Illium cameo, I cannot agree with the renegade version being better. There might a single renegade smartass response here and there that is superior than its paragon counterpart, but I just recall most of the renegade options with Liara in ME1 being about treating her badly.

Why is finding love or being with someone you care about for fools I mean do you not wish to find happyness or someone to settle down with because that is what your post told me O_o


But yeah liara and either shepard seems perfect liaras devotion and dedication to shepard is amazing

I've written a short (600ish words) one-shot of Liara trying to come to terms with Shepard's death at the start of ME2. It's called Empty and is set in Shepard's apartment back on Earth.

I really liked it 

I am impressed you wrote it in the present tense, that is usually very hard to do correctly. I think it seemed quite in-character and emotional as well, especially near the ending.

The only two things I would criticise is that the second line felt a bit more like poetry than thoughts and that the entire story it was too short  

Thank you very much for the kind words. Glad you liked it - it may be the start of Liara's search for Shepard, but I'll only continue if I'm sure I can do justice to Liara's character and emotions.

As for the length - I have a really short attention span for pilots That, and I'm lucky if I get an hour's free time nowadays

Really? The Collector base is actually somewhat reasonable (I didn’t like the “it’s an abomination” angle), but I think the genophage cure sabotage is perhaps the worst Renegade option. It’s incredibly short-sighted: you unify all the krogan for the first time in millennia, and then they find out that you screwed them over? What do you think will happen?

Conversely, going with the cure opens up a really interesting avenue (with some fairly obvious options to mitigate problems). The krogan storyline is actually one of the things I’m most looking forward to in “Unity”.

I remember back in the days before man walked the Earth and ME2 hadn't been released yet and everyone fought over the gender of their Shepard, proclaiming they had the one true Shepard for Liara and all others were wrong. That was the best thing to fight about for years, now it seems alignment on the arbitron scale is the new best thing to fight about and proclaim the one truth. Well I hate to break it to you all but thanks to SCIENCE! I already have the answer, Renegon FemShep is the one true Shepard for Liara. I have facts and figures proving it, you don't need to see them though.

My associates will be by later to confiscate your copies for those of you that chose to play the game wrong. Sure they said you could choose but you all chose to be wrong so we'll have to take the choice away. This is why we can't have nice things.

Well I think in order to sum it all up, this entire paragon vs. renegade relationship with Liara argument is just a matter of personal tastes and opinions. One person will see the ideal Shepard for Liara being a renegade, and the other (such as me) will see the ideal Shepard for Liara being a loving, caring, emotional Shepard.
But about one thing, in my opinion, there is no argue about and that is not a matter of personal taste, that unlike what Yuqi said, the paragon romance with Liara in ME3 and in ME generally is not immature or 'childish', as he indirectly said. Akernis summed it all up pretty good in the last page. No pun intended Yuqi

I have a Paragon Femshep and a neutral MaleShep. I like the romance better with my paragon FemShep because of Jennifer Hale's voice acting and paragon lines. But my FemShep still did some renegade interrupts and helped Liara in ME2. I think some lines in the romance aren't paragon or renegade. It just shows how Shep feels sometime.

This page needs some blue.

BW has always had this uncanny ability to over correct. Don't like elevators in ME1? They're gone completely!
Didn't like the Mako? No more exploration! Shepard didn't have feelings in ME1 or ME2? Now s/he gets upset when a kid dies! Liara Ninjamanced you in ME1 due to a bug? Now she just wants to be friends!

To be honest, I don't know if they do this deliberately, but it sure feels that way sometimes.

Sure thing....my colleagues have enough kids that I could sacrifice one to play starbrat!

But seriously.....stop with the bashing of one side or the other. Cause everytime someone states that his/her side of the medal is the best the bashing from the other side starts and it gets highly annoying with time. I can imagine how bad the Femshep/Broshep discussions were in the past and I really don't wish for anything similar with the new topic "Paragon vs Renegade" or "Paragon+Liara vs Renegade+Liara".

I'm not good at PTS and I haven't figured out how to deal with lighting in 3Dsmax

She is wearing the same armor like the Justicar in the MP. It's one of the most amazing pictures I have seen on deviantart. (Besides the medival Salarian, he kicks ass.)
