Will add. The list is of all fanfics anyway, not just Liara (although she has a good representation). There’re around 250 fics listed.
Hey. Any chance you can add my fanfic "Cold" too? It can be found in my signature.

I have a question - do you guys think Liara would fall in love again, centuries after ME3 and centuries after Shepard's natural (not ending-induced) death?

Isn't that the one which you said was making you cry as you wrote it?noxiuniversitas1 wrote...
Thanks for the input - I'm kind of mulling over writing Liara hundreds of years later.
And Theo... your request for Shep's POV is proving very difficult to write!

This is our.. GREAT threadOnly 4 our beloved Liara
Really? Really?
Come on now. Don't do this. We don't need a competition between Liara fans like this.
If you've got something worthwhile from that thread that hasn't been posted here, just post it here. You don't need a silly slap fight about "well our thread is better"

That can only mean that you've written it so well that you yourself are affected by it! Then that means I must have it now! I have no doubts that it'll be great (and if it is difficult, then you can always have Shepard turn into the usual pottymouth and be done with it!)

Yes.
She'd still be very young by Asari standards when Shepard dies, with a whole lot of life still left in her. Quite frankly it would be unhealthy if Liara never stopped grieving, particularly if she allowed grief to prevent her from both moving on and finding happiness with someone else. It would equally unhealthy if Shepard wanted her to be 'forever alone' following his death.
Not everyone is comfortable with the idea of Liara moving on, but it shouldn't be thought of as her ceasing to love Shepard. Thane for example never stops loving his deceased wife, even when romanced by FemShep.

And you'll be pleasantly surprised to learn Shep doesn't cuss once during it. Told you Liara was a good influence!

Quite an accomplishment considering Shepard is a career military man!
She had her work cut out for her.

This talk about whether or not Liara would (or should) move on following Shepard's death has me wondering...
Assuming for a moment that Mass Effect IV is both made and is set a couple hundred years after Shepard's demise, would you pursue Liara as a romance option with the new protagonist, also assuming of course that she both makes an appearance in the game and is romanceable?
A lot of assumptions, I know. Just curious how many of you would go for Liara again with a new hero.
Thanks, I would prefer it under Liara since it is at least partially about her and is writen for her happy endinglillitheris wrote...

Bioware has done that sort of thing before, sort of. In the Dragon Age series Isabela makes a cameo appearance in the first game, and is a potential casual fling for the Grey Warden. In DA2 she returns as a full squadmate and a potential romance option.

Unless it does not qualify as an Liara story since it is only partly focused on the two of them.

Han, you haven't read Nova et Vetera, lol... in one chapter alone Shep uses the f-word 36 times... before Liara's calming influence, of course
PMC65 wrote...
Only if she was a good match for the hero to be honest. But let's hope not since seeing her in the future sans Shepard would somehow muddy people's canon ... Romanced Shepard? Children with Shepard? etc.

You got the first part right "Liara and blue children" the second part "Shep's loss"
I'd think your version would fit nicely, too.

Well Liara und blaue Kinder is fairly easy ... especially if you attended kindergarten.
