Well that only took me six hours to get through... damn xbox chrashing on me at least five times. I did everything from the start of Chronos station and had to replay the entire unskibbable Priority: Returned due to a single error the first time...


Edit: On second thought I am keeping my opinion of it to myself until we actually start dicussing it

So given that the EC is released and people are playing when do we open the floor up for discussion? 24-hours?

Addition:

Since people are playing it and/or watching it on Youtube there will be individuals jumping in and posting spoilers without reading prior posts ... so I would think that if people do not want to read spoilers avoiding all BSN threads, including this one, be avoided.

People will post in here what they have played/seen/heard ... human nature.

Oh well, just played the extended cut. :-( Killed EDI and the Geth in the hopes of seeing of Shep seeing Liara again. Wasn't worth it.

There now is a 4th ending, or at least a very elaborate youtube hoax. It's even worse than the other 3.

For the record, Bioware did say that a "happy ending" is not the kind of story they wanted to tell - that's actually in the podcast.

Edit to add: I'll, as I usually do, try to limit myself to ambiguous comments that you will get if and only if you've seen the scene in question. I don't consider such comments "spoilers"

Liara smiled.    On the whole, it makes the conclusions a little more palatable but I still cannot forgive BW however. They didn't do an actual reunion.

I say give it a day or two before we open up full blown discussion I won't be able to play probably till midnight tonight considering i won't get home from work till 930 ish and it will take 2 hr.s to download  

edit:  until then  I will be leaving although i might leave some reviews for fanfics on here

I hated the original endings but kind of dig them now with the EC. They are by no means perfect, but with the EC I think the endings are decent. They are certainly a lot more hopeful now, or at least 3 of the 4 are.

Oh hey. I know the "actual" ending. Shepard returns to the Normandy right at the end.   And Liara's still in her quarters.
