Hmm I drink both coffee and tea. What does that make me? 50% paragon/ 50% renegade? Nooo! This way I can't solve difficult situations because high level paragon/renegade options won't be available to me!

*Yes I am sort of trying to make fun of how annoying the paragon/renegade system works in ME2, without making it into a complaint*

I don't have a pic of Liara and my Male shep so here is fugly sheploo getting his gross hands on Liara.

I dunno why people be hatin on Sheploo, I find him the best match for the VO that he has.
In fact, I prefer Sheploo's face over other shep faces.

I've never used a maleshep other than Sheploo, and I've got like 4/5 male playthroughs.

My current maleshep playthrough is about to go to Horizon, which means he'll be meeting Liara again very shortly. I'll be sure to make some good screenshots. This thread needs more MaleShep/Liara:whistle:. I actually do like the default sheploo face but whenever possible I try to make my own maleshep. It's kind of difficult to make a proper looking Shepard though. As such I usually spend 30 - 60 minutes just staring at the CC, moving a slider, stare again etc. I'm hoping that with BW's promise of more hairstyles in ME3's CC we can also tweak our imported Shepard without having to start from scratch AND get some more tools to work with to make a good looking custom Shep.

Dunno what you guys are freakin out about regarding Liara's look in the E3 demo, she looks damn hot! Just like she did when I fell for her in ME1, and have been loyal to her from the since the beginning of ME1.

Bioware did the smart thing and went back to the original Liara look, that goofy cute tongue tied sexy asari we all fell in love with from the beginning in ME1.
Crusty old blue dry chapped lips compared to her original sexy pink lipstick come on seriously .. whats wrong with you guys? lol

Way to much overkill on the blue I think.

The whole LOTSB blue eye thing meh.. Im still undecided on that as I originally stated that wasnt the same Liara I fell for in ME1 so Im glad bioware went back to the original Liara version.

Its kinda like you meet up with your first love after a long time away and she looks nothing like what you remember she looked like when you first set eyes on her suspended in that energy field on Therum.

I'm not sure what I want, lotsb is cute and err...how can i describe this...sexy I think? The new liara and me1 have the cute nerdy look. Both great in their own ways, no negatives. So I don't care what we get. I miss nerdy Liara but I dont want her to be naive and oblivious or cold and a renegade wannabe. A mix of both worlds, the caring worried liara from me1 and the independent non naive me2 liara.

liara still looks good regardless. i like the old look but theres no reason to copy/paste that into ME3. im glad bioware did something to update her look even if the move upset a few ppl. the vibrant blue skin tone is gone but i think the new color [aqua? teal?] is probably much more representative of what they were going for in the beginning

I made a post a couple of pages back for another reason why I would prefer they stay with her LOTSB face.

Lizardviking: Iike I said I want the caring worrying and intelligent minded liara from me1 and the no nonsense and able to stand on her own two feet liara from me2, I am agaisnt her becoming naive that is dangerously close to stupidity like Merrill and the super cold and brutal hard to get renegade wannabe. ^It's one reason why I like the DA2 CC. Although it doesn't have as many options as the DAO CC, it makes messing up a face like that just about impossible. Liara doesn't seem to be that superficial though. Even super ugly Shep can count on love from Liara if he/she so desires.

Never heard of it. But if I were to guess I'd say Miss Thedas is the ugliest LadyHawke you can create in DA2? I'm aware of the fact that you can completely mess up the Warden's face in DAO but as I see it, it's way harder to do so in DA2.

Would be awesome if in future BW games, say... 5 years from now, all the LI's have different tastes and as such won't be main character sexual any more. Just imagine not being able to romance certain characters because they don't like the way your character looks and/or behaves -- Awesome . As a matter of fact, if there were a proper Samara romance in ME2 they could've done that already, making Samara turn down a renegade Shepard...

I understand where you're coming from, but wouldn't it make sense to add more and more realism to the game when it makes sense? An example from DA2: Fenris HATES everything that has anything to do with magic, yet despite his hate, which he never lets anyone forget, he can still be romanced by a mage Hawke. Even though it's not 'fair' to all people, I think it would've made a lot of sense to make mages unable to romance Fenris for example. Same goes for renegades and Samara. I'm all for improving realism in games, even if that goes at the cost of a little fairness.
