This is a really cool picture, I like the style, thank you for posting it. It's really neat how it uses a lot of bright, vibrant colors and is just pleasant to look at.
wow that is great: such vibrant colours but really fitting.
Liara Fans: keep your love blue and true!

Were there any corpses around on the Citadel to take helmets from? I do the same thing, but my snazzy Collector helmet seems to have been entirely blown away... of course, it's a very good thing I was wearing it to begin with, then.I don’t know about dudeshep, but Eevs is smart enough to not walk into an explosion, and she always brings a helmet even if she has to steal one from a corpse, and she learned to make field dressings rather than uselessly bleed out on, like, the third day of basic training, plus she had some backup…so physical healing won’t be all that long.

It's entirely possible that the mother may have only reacted negatively to the interspecies angle to the romance, but I somehow doubt it. I hope the anonymous confessor is never made to feel uncomfortable about who she is, and finds happiness in whichever way possible.
Yes, I said this before but nobody read it. And if I recall correctly, the Can Wait series is the only one written without a request, as in completely her own vision.Aristobulus500 wrote...
I think the reason Rae's stuff varies so wildly in quality and accurate portrayal of the characters is because, well, Rae takes requests. People request certain things, especially certain kinks or fetishes, and she writes a story around them. Lots of times things requested will never be in character, so the story is flawed from the start.

Not sure, she grabbed one from one of the dead Hammer guys next to the beam.

Wouldn't making it into the beam be more important than grabbing a helmet? If you stop at all, the next blast from Harbinger might disintegrate you.
Well, she got thrown by the explosion into a pile with a couple other guys and grabbed it before getting out of ‘cover’. Though, if you like, I’m sure there might be a deceased C-Sec guy with a riot helmet on in the corridors somewhere.

Sadly, the most important job in the world has absolutely no entry requirements, and some eminently eligible candidates get disqualified by a genetic lottery.
Well, maybe it’ll get better.

I'd like to add more entry requirements, but that sort of thing is tricky.lillitheris wrote...

Something I never understood about Asari reproduction. If an Asari-Human couple were to have kids, what would the Asari baby look like, Facial structure wise? Maybe even height wise? (if the human is fairly short) obviously the baby would be an Asari 100% of the time but how would it look? you wouldn't see an Asari with a Turian shaped Nose if her father/mother was a Turian for example. but if a Human father/mother were to, for example, have a peculiar shaped nose would the Asari have a chance to be born with a similar shaped nose? Same thing with personality, would the baby have a quick-temper if the father/mother had a quick-temper as well?

Since the asari only copy or replicate their own dna through melding through electrical impulses nothing of the partner is being added that is why asari can reproduce with both men or women because they're not taking any dna from the other partner

If that were the case (which I remember now) wouldn't all Asari look identical?LiarasShield wrote...

The ‘science’ is a bit vague…sometimes the second parent’s DNA comes across as a randomizer on the mother’s; at other times, the selection process is more deterministic…the mother identifies desirable traits, and tries to adjust the resultant DNA to contain similarities.
Edit: much, much later…

Just saying that is why their will never be asari hybrids or men asari because they don't really copy or take dna from their partners
