I actually agree with this.  I'm just starting on my nega-Shep playthrough.  (He killed off Jacob to prevent possible interference with his romance of Miranda, and of the aliens only performed Tali and Grunt's loyalty missions because he is a racist, and only wanted to keep the big tank and the worshipful alien around.  So every other non-human is dead.)  It's a really different experience, and it's tons of fun.  Sad fun, but fun.  It also makes him much happier to see people he knows (like Liara) even though he hates her on principle for being an alien.

There are no excuses for killing Garrus. But with Jacob, you can say, "Honey, I started what I thought was an innocent conversation with Jacob, then I really had to go pee. So I just picked all Paragon answers without reading any of them. When the cutscene started, I went to the bathroom, when I came back, the deed was done. I'm really sorry. I really did have to pee."

Really? I thought this one of the better parts of the animation;P. Then how she walks up all badass and just shoots them on the ground like the suckas they are.

Whenever I see that footage through the vent proceeding I always get mad at them for trying to hurt Liara. And how she bumps her head in the vent , im like "oh ouch, her fringe thingy!" Then as she is crawling around in the vent, Im all like "go Liara!". That scene has its emotion:)

Well my answer probably wont be very exciting because I think theyll probably remain largely the same.  The eyebrows and freckles seems fairly unique among Asari anyway, so Liara seems to have her own look going for her that works. I dont really think she would have much motivation to change it around, and She hasent been too super style focused to be the kind of person that, I think, would changer her apperance around too much. But who knows.

PS. IF anything, im thinking that perhaps Liara could become much more popular as her deeds became known(after the events of ME3), and her relationship to the biggest hero in the galaxy would be noted, that perhaps OTHER Asari would then try to mimic Liara, and pehaps freckles and eyebrows would become a popular marking style among Asari then after.

It's really easy, if you only want to kill Garrus, there are even guides how to kill everyone in the SM.
I used gibbed savegame editor and murdered everyone to get maximum and rare Liara dialogues for my videos.

Sorry for the slow response, but I have a puppy and I'm exhausted at the moment.
