The Romance DLC Survey ends today at 3pm EST.  Yesterday we were sitting  at whopping 7,500 responses.\\  We're trying to get as close to 10K as we can!

Or better yet, stop using the crap that is imageshack altogether. imgur.com is far more user-friendly, for uploading and viewing.

The pixs looked off - Liara's head grafted onto human bodies coloured blue. Also not proportionate.

Yeah, that's what I recall too, that he died, therefore the question mark. My guess would be that this piece of fan art has been made before ME3 when it seemed Tali and Kal'Reegar could possibly be a future couple, and Kal'Reegar was still alive back then of course.

It's a decent attempt, but it does very quickly become obvious it's just a recoloring of a real model with Liara's head photoshopped on.

I'm pretty sure these are the exact same thing (Just a model recolored and with Liara's head photoshopped on) but I think they look a lot better.

This bugs me because it's so close to being good - and it has a detailed background and everything, too.

There's just a bunch of flaws though. It doesn't look like Liara, but I can handle that and just see it as another Asari. Beyond that though, it's trying too hard to be sexy and alluring - look at her pose, her expression, and especially that swimsuit. It's all a bit tasteless. I think this is a prime example of what I mean when I say though, that I honestly think that image would be less tasteless if she was outright naked instead of wearing that swimsuit. All the other issues would still stand of course and it wouldn't be a tasteful image just from that change.

For as long as ME has existed, it always baffles me that there's basically no decent images made of Liara or even a generic Asari just enjoying a beach, as a scene. It's always either over-sexualized like that is, or it's not about Liara/the Asari.

edit - it's funny. There's an even more NWS version of that same image. All that's different though is that the swimsuit is basically transparent. Doesn't change any of the issues.
