You have more patience than I.

I wanted to see Liara from the begining. I didn't believe TIM when I asked about Liara, automatic red flags went up. I knew something wasn't right on Illium and continuing without resolution was unacceptable when resolution could be had. Plus I liked being able to say to Liara, after she gave that lengthly explanation about how she had to search for clues and it could take years, ok I know whe he is, you want to go get him ?  If I only had one option in doing the 'date' I'd likely wait till just before Arrival but thanks to ( save and reload ) I can do it each time I revisit the SB base.
When I think about it the real reason I blew up the Collector base was because TIM  lied to me about Liara.

Top it all off with Overlord. No way, TIM is getting the base. I'm not even sure which file I used the one time I kept it. LOL. Suppose I'll find out come March/April or when ever I get around to playing all my different Shepards.

That means taking his sorry lying piece of **** ass to Tuchanka.  Not sure I want to have him on the Normandy or waste the fuel to get there.  

What works best is Liara and Jack play catch with TIM until they are tired.  Then they both can pin him against the wall while Shepard puts a bullet between those goofy eyes of his.  Done.

At this point, I'm taking the Mace Windu approach.  He's too dangerous to be kept alive.  I just hope Anakin isn't there to cut off my hands.

I see where you are coming from and it would be the right thing to do, but at this point in the story and with what is going on outside of Cerberus, TIM dying quickly helps in the long run, I think.

There is one version of Lotsb that most ppl never notice.

Pre-collector ship mission.

After defeating the Shadow Broker. Come back and ask what have we got.

She will say :
Shadow broker knew Shepard wasnt Lying about his vision. He knew about the reapers.

Post-collector ship to end game:

Liara says the broker knew the collectors were protheans repurposed by Harbinger.

Fu*ker knew about harbinger before even Shepard did. Even before the SM.
