*waves back*  no haven't tried platinum yet, downloaded it yesterday but i'm refusing to touch ME till i finish my current DAO run.  as for favorite moments....  Akernis and Batlass basically listed them all as far as funny one go.  favorites i would have to say i'd include the EC evac scene and anything and everything in LOTSB

Not usually, but then again I'm usually just writing Alice and Liara, and I feel like I've got those characters pretty well down.  I wrote the rest of the ME1 cast in A Good Night, but this is the first time I'm trying to write from Ash's POV for an entire story and I wanted to do her justice.  Since I wasn't romancing her, there wasn't much Ash content in ME3.

my bad i didn't know it was supposed to be funny and fave i was keeping them in two seperate categories.  the only LOTSB moment i found truly funny was the renegade option with Vasir and Liara's reaction's plus the taxi cab

Fair enough, I usually look at the scenes I can find in the game, though I can't help but be inspired by those fanfics I read that does a good job at portraying them.
A Good Night was actually the fic that raised my view of Asley from dismissive or annoied to at the very least a fair tolerence for her charcater.
But in actuallity after the biginning of the first game the VS, whichever that is in the run I do usually don't get much attention, I talk with everyone wince I am a completionist but they don't really see combat. My squad pretty much always consists of Liara + whatever alien or AI I want along for the ride. Or in ME2 whatever two aliens I want abord, I never really cared much for any of the eight human crew members, with the possible exception of Kasumi. Liara's presence in the squad is pretty much mandatory, poor girl she can barely catch a break.

The funnies moment with Liara in my opinion is at Sur'Kesh when the wild Yahg breaks out of the facility, and if you played LotSB, Shepard says: "There goes the next SB..." and Liara's all like: "Not funny.." Haha, I really like that part.

Oh, I can't believe I forgot about this!  That bit really made me laugh the first time I heard it. 
I need to go back and do pick that line with a femShep.  I'm sure the irony of her word choice will be amazing!!

Liara: Their attacks are disorganized, they'd be more effective if they all attacked together.
Shepard: Please don't give the mercs ideas!
Liara: The next wave looks like a big one.
Shepard: You just had to give them tactical advice!

Shepard: Keep dreaming T'soni!



The taxi and her first conversation on board the Normandy were also funny!

Welcome back, I think most of us have been rather quiet the last few days, for wahtever reasons.

I have not tried platinum since I don't play MP for any other reason the just getting enough EMS to get the best ending. Not that it would make much difference I have trouple getting all the way through a silver level and has so far not beaten a gold mission. In general I suck at MP, and am only really good at SP.

My favourite moments are the sweet ones, LotSB post the SB-fight, the sex scenes, the farewells (gift and beam-run) and the timecapsule etc.

But I think the funniest scenes with Liara was probably the car chase and fight on the SB vessel in LotSB. In general I don't think that Liara's romance have very many funny moment, most of it is more along the lines of sweet, not that I mind but I would love to see some more humerous scenes with her, like we hopefully get to see in the new SP DLC.

Glad to be back. My favorite moments are the romance scenes, the gift scene, the beam run and the time capsule scene and lotsb. The funniest scenes in my opinion are when Shepard says "what type of guns does this thing have" and Liara says" Its a taxi it has a fare meter". From what i heard the Leviathan DLC has a lot of funny scenes. I would probably end up buying it, because of the Liara content and to improve the story of me3 and because it looks good.

as long as it wasn't a appearance/weapon pack i would but then again i also bought almost all of the appearance/weapon packs for 2 so i can't really say i wouldn't but a appearance pack

Without a doubt. I am still very apprehensive about them potentially ruining the Reapers as awesome antagonists even more than they already have in ME3 but if it means more Liara content I am all in.
Not that it is really any great surprise since I have so far bought every singel non-MP DLC for any of the ME games.
If they make a romance DLC that either added more content or improved on what we had I would gladly pay as much for that as the full cost for the game itself.

LotSB was awesome, the only negative about it was that it could habe been longer, would have loved it more if it was.
DLC was totally worth 800MP though.

Here's +1 to the fair meter and the sur'kesh yahg for favourite funny moments.


Favourite moment overall? Incredibly hard to pick ...

I'd say the time capsule because it was completely unexptected and so calm and sweet and the kiss after the SB fight, because it was such a great 'Finally!' moment after the troubled times of pre LotSB.
But ask me again tomorrow and I'll probably tell you something completely different .
So many great moments to choose from ...

Isn't that 109? I am asuming your are referring to her age here.

Also as moreeman said the bar is over there *point* I think he is the one who usually handles refilling the supplies.

Some members here are part of an group called P.E.T.A. that you might want to check out if you are into the more *clears throat* erotic side of things.

Oh, and stay away from the depot marked B.B.B.B.B. unless you wants to give doozer a heart-attack, that is for members of the Biotic Blue Baby Bombardment Brigade, and any who wants to make PMC's life miserable.

Finally all members, new as well as regulars are required to post a picture of Liara at the top post of each new page.

Haha, I actually started writing something about it, but then I didn't want to overwhelm our new arrival with all those names, I guess ...

So yeah, if you ever have need for something that hits you like like a Banshee queen and sends you in the land of blue dreams in a matter of very few glasses, you know who has the keys now.

As for favourite funny Liara moments... I'm certain to forget some, but off the top of my head:
- Liara stumbling over her words in ME1, especially in the 'interesting specimen for an in-depth study' dialogue
- her problems with sand on Virmire
- Liara explaining the meaning of 'azure' in Azure
- the dialogue during the air-car chase (fare meter, TRUCK!) and some of her other banter in LotSB (like when hacking the door into the broker's ship)
- encountering the Yahg on Sur'Kesh, especially with Garrus also along
- pretty much the whole scene where Liara meets her dad
- she's not in the scene, but still related to her - Wrex commenting in ME3 about his accommodations on the Normandy: "I still don't have a window like Liara does... but maybe that's because I don't kiss as well."
- Liara on Therum thinking she's hallucinating if you rescue her after finishing Feros, Noveria and Virmire (only seen that one on youtube, honest; I could never leave her trapped there for so long)
 

Actually I would have to agree with this list in its entirety. She can be pretty delightful and quippy.

Out of curiosity, does Liara have like one signature one-liner? I'd been pondering that a few days ago and couldn't really think of one line of dialogue that truly encapsulates Liara. Most of the other fan threads usually have it in the header.
