Argh that gif with Liara smiling on Palaven is too cute! Everytime I see it I can't seem to prevent myself from going dawwww. Now that I think about it i'm pretty sure I spent half the game doing that...XD

I've seen lots of screenshots of FemShep in various states of undress (roll a Male Shep myself) but never noticed the N7 bra.

It is kind of funny I suppose, though Bioware over did it with plastering the N7 label everywhere.

Agree...they kinda over did it with the label. It makes you think in ME the Alliance has a little store in every major city and selling their stuff.

Yes, like this. I have to say on that second pic the editor did a poor job with the head to throat/body proportions. Looks like he only changed the skin color and paste the head. Sad sad story.

Oh, Liara is definitely the most attractive of the characters, to me. She also seems the most expressive and realistic, not overplayed to an extreme - she has a lot of subtle movements and expressions that you see real people do, that aren't usually captured well in animation, but they are done really well with her.

I also just really like her exotic alien allure. Being blue, and the skin texture, the head crest and all - it works on her.

It always make me think that the next Mass effect game could be called "Mass Effect 4: The search for Shepard" Like Star Trek: The search for Spock.

Everything about her is just so well done - and I could write a ton on how great her personality is. Really, it all comes down to just how *real* she feels, she's not an exaggerated personality, but she reacts in very real ways that just..make her seem alive.

She's not a gimmick or blank character at all, but a very strong, consistent character. But yes, it helps that she's really, really attractive too. And her eyes, as you say, are just incredibly...there's something about them, the way, starting in LotSB, they basically shine/glow. Very expressive and vibrant.

@Ajosraa - Speaking of Mass Effect 4 ... I know that Casey once said that a trilogy like Shepard's story would probably never happen again ... but ... do you think they may try it seeing how fans loved it? Following one character through three games?

  Hate to see her crying, but her eyes have always stood out most for me after Thessia. They look borderline angellic there.

Speaking of eyes...was it ever stated by the devs why they changed Liara's eye color from the icy blue color of ME1 and ME2...









...to the deep blue of LotSB and ME3?

Probably because the deep blue is more radiant, vibrant, and reflects light better - look at how her eyes are able to *shine* as that color in LotSB and ME3.

I think its possible considering the amount of relative success they have had with it. Afterall, Money talks, and things that make money usually get perpetuated in some way. Also, the Mass effect series, being a trilogy that focuses on character interactions so much, most likely benifited from 3 games that have at least mostly similar characters throughout that people then grow attached to. This is a very nice mechanism to get gamers "hooked" on a game, speaking from a PR / Marketing mindset. They would be kinda crazy to just let it go in my opinion, no matter how "hard" they said it was.

Soo..I think its surely a possiblity, but they may be reluctant for a little while. I think there may be some other Mass effect game first, then Maybe theyll do like Halo and make a second Trilogy. Also, any future trilogy will ofc focus on a new character, and not Shepard.

And the new Trilogy will star Shepard and Liara's little blue baby in the future, muhahaha;P

Although I find both eye colors equally stunning, you might be right about the darker color reflecting light better. I wonder if that is the reason they went with the darker blue. I'd be tempted to say that maybe they thought it gave Liara a more mature look, except Samara seems to have been given Liara's original eye color.

They changed her skin tone a bit too, maybe the darker eyes just went better with it?
