I don't think like that, you have know idea who I am or how I act, so stop saying that I am acting like a jerk! I think that I am acting better than most people do, considering the fact that my Dad is dead! So give me a break, my Dad died 2 and a half years ago and I still haven't gotten over the pain of losing him. I do know how to act on the internet and in real life, so don't try to tell me how to act!

WTH?  Is this like a joke?  Or is this real?

Thank you a lot for the review of my story (sent you a PM), and I'm happy that you liked the swimming interpretation in Lost in a Wonder, since I really do imagine that this is how she would move in the water with the grace she has - that she seems so much in her element in the water because of her alien nature that might be of benefit in that aspect. I do think that the asari roots would give them such an advantage in the water and it would just be a sight to behold, really.

It's just that there's so much potential for Ananas' latest works to be even more striking and impressive by not taking away the color. Liara would look even more amazing in the pictures that he has made by having that nuance. It just feels like a wasted opportunity because of how great the renders otherwise are, and how they can be made even better. The color would bring more life to her, in my opinion.

EDIT: Just realized that the above could also be misinterpreted as a criticism of the more posed shots. So I wanted to be clear that isn't, as the sepia tone 'photographs' of Liara are also stunning. The above just happens to be my favorite. /clarification

Yeah, the problem is simply that while I can cobble shenenigans like this together in two hours, as soon as Liara is involved I want to make it a '100 percent piece', if you know what I mean. And that often that takes more time than I'd ever like to admit. But there's still hope.

Oh I understand perfectly, I possess some moderate artistic skill but I would not dare try to paint Liara, not only am I really slow (the only picture I am actually proud of has been over a year underway and is still only half-way done) but if I tried painting Liara I would never get past the concept drawing stage as I would continously erase and correct every single little thing that was not absolutely right. At least with writting things flows somewhat fluidly when I work.

I said we would try, ever since the *incident* with Karmen's three+ months of being MIA and the then super-charged FTL of the thread as ME3 came out I never dared promise such a thing again

We know so little about her that it is hard to say. But she seemd to show a great deal of concern for Zabaleta, and turned down an Admiral's star when she realized it was just a political ploy. So we get brief glimpses of someone who seems to be both compassionate and principled.

Those are two traits I'd use to describe Liara as well. So I think they'd get along just fine.

Also her son is alive thanks to Liara. That has to count for something.

I´m sorry about your dad, but you should have been prepared for how people undoubtely would react to your comment that you dislike Liara´s character (yes, that is what you wrote).
You sort of walked into the lion´s den on that on.

Thats awesome^_^. I like it. But she appears for just a few scenes:blush:. Unless Chapter 31 is coming. I didn't know your Shepard had a spacer background. I thought i was the only one that choose Spacer war hero.

Yes, she’s in 15 chapters altogether…only 3 or 4 proper Liara/Hannah scenes, depends on your counting.

I didn't know your Shepard had a spacer background. I thought i was the only one that choose Spacer war hero.

Yes…there’s enough drama to be found in any background—although the more dramatic backgrounds seem to be popular.

- Don't get me started on the painting thing, Akernis. I have so many older (digital) linearts I still want to color, but because I lack practice I'm terribly slow at it and because I have trouble finding that time I don't get the practice ...

- And I'd think Hannah and Liara would get along very well. Though as was said earlier that's pretty much just headcanon because of our lack of information.
