She gives her trademark ME1 squint in this picture which is why I like it. If you're talking about the color of her eyes, I do agree that it is closer to teal than it is blue, but I still love the fan art.

Really, it just sort of brings out the best in ME1 Liara, and I like that the background is the facility on Noveria - that further helps make the picture have the atmosphere of the first game.

She had almost icy blue colored eyes in ME1 and ME2, similar to Samara. Love the image at the top of the page though.

Thanks! I've been back for a while now, was away on a trip. I hope that among those projects there are Mass Effect related ones for you to share when they're done!

Yeah, that was exactly why I said that this picture has precisely ME1 Liara shown, because there are times in the game where she does that squint that makes her one eye smaller than the other. It's done on purpose in the fan art.

I know it's meant to be a squint. But if you were to take the eyes out off her head (God forbid) that one would be bigger then the other.

How come Liara looks more purple then blue in ME2 (excluding LOTSB). Bad lighting in her office or something?!?

lol I thought she just looked pale not purple but uhh.. could be either make up and eye contacts.. or some weird thing that happens to all Asari when they don't get sleep and are under heavy stress

I agree that I think she looks more pale or greyish than purple (the only place where I really think that she looks purple is when she is crying after Thessia) but I think it is just the lighting which was terribly unflattering in her office.

Well I can't even use the newest version of Flash, have been trying to figure out what's wrong but no luck so far. Only thing I know is that every time I install the 11.3, and run something that uses Flash, my browser (no matter which one) just crashes, so I can't run anything with flash content, and for example youtube videos are completely out of question, they simply won't work. So at the moment I'm running Flash 10 something, 10.2 I think, since the older version seems to work unlike the new one. And even with that it still works kinda slow but is at least bearable. Been trying to google the issue a bit and it might have something to do with my nVidia card, the beta drivers or something... not sure though.



Liara hates the crappy Flashplayer too.

Leviathan DLC. The planets look amazing.. I think they showed two. Reapers are there and some scientist is trying to avenge her father. One planet had the whole civilization on a side of a cliff look (kinda like Utapau in Star Wars) and the other one looked like nothing but water and storm (Star Wars Kamino looking) with everything seeming to be destroyed for awhile.. it also looks like you crash there and you hear the reaper say you have come too far. Come out this summer.. no exact date. It also seems like it's going to be about the origins of the Reapers.. they show you ancient cave looking pictures in the trailer

Another DLC coming out Tuesday I believe. New guns for single player like they did in ME2
