@H4nniba11

I don't know if there is any other way to recreate him than using your memory. And for the FemShep name, it's hard to give you any "good" names, since different people like different names. But  I do recommend you this site for example. I used that to find a name for my male Shepard (only the male name section obviously).

I hate to take this off topic, but I just have to say it's really, really a shame you don't seem to appreciate our beautiful language. I just don't get it how one language can be superior to the other, more useful by being widely spoken, yes, but superior? And I also fail to see what wanting to be a better english speaker/writer and having a desire to live abroad has to do with a need to bash your origin?

To make it up for going off topic, have yourself a Liara guys ^_^

All right, a question for everybody.

Shepard and Liara are on a completely restored Earth years after the defeat of the Reapers for a get-away. Where does your Shepard take Liara to, and which part of Earth do you think would be most interesting for her to see?

Egyption Ruins. Sounds like something Liara would be really interested in.

I second this. I think the history in that would be worth studying it for her but because this is a vacation it doesn't matter at that time. ^^

Completly offtopic but OMG some people are so :sick: We had this a few pages back and I really don't want to bring it up again but this is just so ridiculous. Like DevilBeast said "Stay away from the story forum".

My Jane is taking Liara to Lego Land in Denmark...

All those combinations of assembling building blocks is gonna put Liara´s science degree to the test!

Just wondering, how many of these wonders of Earth still exist after the reaper war :?. Not that they wouldn't be great places to take Liara to. She could enjoy visiting some ancient Greek places, why not Roman and Persian too. Aside from being beautiful, they could also tempt her scientific curiousity as an archeologist ^_^.

Like Theo said, "a completely restored Earth" Even during the war I doubt Reapers would Prioritize destryoing ruins. They would after annihilating the other races to remove evidence.

I bet Liara would be interesting in anything that's over a thousand years old.  Maybe she would try decrypting Egyption hieroglyphics :lol:

The Egyptian ruins are a good idea, and it's one of the things that I imagine Liara would be interested in, even though my Shepard would find it a bit of a bore. Knowing Liara's comments on Virmire though, she won't be a fan of all the sand there!

Another destination that would fascinate her, I think, is Machu Picchu. Her archeological curiosity will go rampant there, I'd imagine, and wanting to find out what the history behind the location is - and in a way my Shepard will finally learn himself! No sand, either.

The Reapers, I think, would have specifically targeted the more urban areas, the biggest cities and such, so they wouldn't see any interest in destroying these places that pose no threat to them.

I think she'd also like to see countries influenced by the Celts (Ireland/Scotland) and China as well.

Well, if your Shepard is from Earth/has family or ties to Earth, I think Liara would be interested in seeing those places.  Personally, my Shepard is a little self-centered and shallow, so ruins wouldn't occur to her.  (I actually winced when I saw those responses, because they're good ones, and thoughtful!)  She'd pick something like Mont Blanc, Mt. Olympus (in the US), or Kala Pattar.  (She's a fan of mountain climbing).  Barring that, either a trip to her dad's hometown of Mumbai or her mom's family home up in the Rocky Mountains.

@Batlass:
Yeah, Shepard's background, pre-service history and who he/she is definitely comes into play here, hence why we'd each have different responses about it. I agree that an Earthborn Shepard would interest Liara more about finding out more about Earth. I don't know how a Colonist Shepard would feel about visiting Mindoir with her, given what has happened there.

@Mumba & Theo

Ah, my bad for not expressing my thoughts clearly enough ^_^. And yes, I noticed the "a completely restored Earth" but what I mostly meant was a more "realistic" point of view, you know, that how many of those will actually still exist, so that first line wasn't exactly related to Theo's question (the latter part was more of an answer). Ofc they will repair the damaged sites and all, that has been done pretty much after every war in human history, but I doubt they will rebuild a pyramid, for example, from a scratch just for the sake of it, if it gets completely turned into dust. And of course the reapers won't laze ancient buildings just for fun and they'll definitely focus on large cities and other key locations (as you said), but there are famous and popular sites and buildings that are in the middle, or near, a big city, and many of them are also popular and crowded tourist locations (whether in the middle of a city or not). So that could be a reason for the reapers to hit those places, not necessarily, but a huge number of stupid tourists could propably attract their attention :P.

You misinterpret me horribly. Allow me to explain. If I say Usain Bolt is superior am I bashing the guy who finished second? Some might say that I'm but that is not how I see it. And when I say that english is superior finnish it is just the way I feel. There is nothing wrong with my mother tongue but I have always felt that I express myself better in english. Lot of songs that I find awesome are sung in finnish and wouldn't be even half as good in english. All languages have their strengths and weaknesses and it is just my opinion that english has more strenghts than finnish has (or more appealing strenghts to me). I didin't mean to bash finnish; Just to tell my opinion. I'm sorry if I insulted.
Thanks for the page by the way.

Ha, no idea.  Shepard's never really been to Earth.  She's seen vids, listened to stories, and picture books (via omni tool), set foot on its surface here and there (work related, never wandered), but never spent much time there.  She gets restless and ''clausterphobic'' if she remains planetside for any number of weeks and isn't...doing anything she views worthwhile (After saving the galaxy, it's going to make any sort of vacation she has that much harder to enjoy after a few days).  Spacer through and through.  Definately going to Normandy though. Don't know where else, would be more or less a completely random "road tripping" experience for the two of 'em lol might stop by some old ruins of humanities climb/struggle through the ages - she may like it, or it might be too primitive and non-prothean to interest her ;) lol

Well I do agree with JLB:

I think they should make this DLC.
It wouldn't cost all that much to implemented it and they could totally sell it for 10 bucks and milk a lot of money from the people who are so upset about this that they constantly make/post in threads about Liara.

DLC with only the feature to kill Liara with a bullet between the eyes as a renegade interupt like some people want. (wtf?) Haters could buy it and maybe be finally happy, others could just skip it completely.
If it has other content too, then as long as it's an option and not a forced death.

Ah, I have to apologize to you then, seems like I understood your post all wrong. And yes, I get your points in this post, just misinterpreted your previous one horribly (like you said) I see. And for the page, your welcome! I hope it helps, at least you get to see a wide range of English female names, even though I can't directly recommend you any "good names" ;).

Hey, cohina! I couldn't access the link to the song you posted earlier (not available in the city of REDACTED apparently). Do you have another link I could try?

@Theodoro: The [more] horrible parts of me think that a trip to Mindoir would be a "great" surprise-horror vacation. I can see a Shepard really reacting badly to an LI's attempt to do something nice, and depending on how it was handled, I would be meta-laughing my head off.

@mavqt: *high-fives* Mountain climbing ftw! Beginner peaks to make Shep look awesome!

Couple of questions I'd like answer to:
Any tips how I could reconstruct my maleshep in Mass Effect character creation using other way than just memorizing it?
Good female name other than Jane?
Is third picture below taken with flycam from femshep+Liara romance scene?

1. Memory or pictures
2. Jenni Shepard :P
3. Yes.

Hmm try this one. Not sure if that one works for you either but I guess we'll find out about that soon enough ^_^. Even though the video is very Warhammer 40k-ish, the song itself always reminds of Mass Effect.

I think ancient Greece (especially of the ancient Athens) would interest her. Since, you know, parts of that society does resemble the Asari culture...

Depends on the moderator. I have seen threads getting locked simply for being hate threads.
