I've a nigglng question that refused to go away.  

Do the Asari use a special brush to clean out their head tentacles when they bathe?  Can the tentacles be lifted, etc?

Liara says they have cartilage running through them and therefore don't flop around. They probably can be lifted a bit as they would be about as flexible as human ears or noses. Limiting factor would be how the skin connects up underneath. Also it might not be comfortable.

I get the feeling that they would use a super-sized Toothpick kinda thing, to get inbetween the Tentacles (crests w/e) 
And assuming the fact that they don't "flop about" I'm not sure whether or not they can be lifted or moved about easily.

I imagine that the asari would use a sort of loofah thing to clean in between the tentacles 

And given what we know about asari tentacles, they might be able to flex slightly, but I doubt you could really lift them per se, as they seem pretty firmly anchored to the head

Actually (ultra)sonic showers simply wouldn't work, not for such purposes at least. Lets leave the nonsense of sonic showers to Trek-verse .

Not sure what a sonic shower is, but I actually have an ultrasonic cleaner sitting right there on the kitchen counter…
