Don't be. It was really huge wig. I was actually impressed of that dream because normally I have like 2 dreams a year and often they are boring as hell. This one was so vivid and absurd that when I woke up I was really stunned by the fact that my subconsiousness created something so beautiful and silly at the same time.mavqt wrote...
Sorry, but I burst out laughing at that.

Doesen't bother me a slightes bit. Back when I created my second Shep, romancing Liara was out of question since I was used to see Jack(my shep not scary space **** Jack) by her side. If some guy in the Bioware has same feeling towards all MaleSheps that I had toward my Jake (total idiot, haven't played ME 3 with him yet but synthesis fits his character so perfectly) its his opinion and he is entitled to it.
Spread blue, not hate towards different gender Sheps:wizard:.

No no no. It was those kind of wigs that you see used in movies set in around 17th century. White and powdered and stuff.lillitheris wrote...

What would your thoughts be if Liara returned in another Mass Effect game? One where you are not playing as Shepard (which would suck IMO) If you could, would you romance her? And what would you expect of her in the game?
I think it could be kind of interesting to run into Liara again when she's a 900 year old matriarch. Given all the centuries that have passed I imagine her character would have evolved a bit, and it would be interesting to see how she may have changed.
If Mass Effect IV is set in an era where Liara is still alive and is still the Shadow Broker, I think an appearance would be kind of mandatory. If the writers aren't going to go that route, then I think you need to either set the game during a period where Liara would be dead, or you have to have her pass the Shadow Broker reigns to someone else.
If she returned as a romanceable character, I might consider it with the new protagonist. That is hard to say however, because it also depends on the other characters in the game, and what sort of person the protagonist is.

After having read Bioware's comment on Synthesis, any game that takes place after ME3 would most likely have synthesis.
Synthesised Liara? No, thanks.
As for the last part. Even if Liara was a romancable character for the next protagonist, I would not do it. I would prefer that Liara have found someone else by the time the protagonist meets her.

Horrible idea is horrible.
Guess I won't be purchasing ME4.
To be honest though, I expected as much. It was obvious playing the game that the writers favored synthesis. Kind of funny considering it is the least liked ending by the fanbase as a whole, with the exception of maybe Refusal.

To be fair, they said that either it happend due to Shepard's choice or society simply evolved to that point, so that's something right?
But yeah, bad idea is bad.

That would be interesting to see her return. Would I romance her? As much as I'd want to, no. It just...wouldn't feel right as anyone other than Shepard.

Ut-oh, I think Liara noticed we’re veering toward The Ending Discussion again. Though on the upside, even that might be better than the casual sex debate ongoing in the Miranda thread…

Speaking of ME4. It´s going to be a prequl with Liara as the main player. And it´s not gonna a RPG, but old-skool platforming.

I got it by accident on my replay of the EC when I shot the kid on my way to watch the destroy ending. It shook me aswell since I was in a dark room with my headset fully turned up.
And while I do not like that specific ending, I do like Liara's part in it and the soundtrack aswell, it also got the only version of the stargazer scene that is bearable.
You are right, ending talks gives Liara the sad blues.lillitheris wrote...
